Arguineguin Park By Servatur

"The apartments themselves are very big and you can tell that everything is new and maintained well. I found the reception staff to be mostly unhelpful. The day before we left I asked in reception if they knew what time our transfer to the airport would be as we'd been told to ask there if we hadn't received a text message. The receptionist told me that she wouldn't know and why would they know if they hadn't booked the transfer with the hotel and I pushed for an answer as I'd been told to check with reception at which point she asked our room number and then she checked our mail box which had all the information in. However, if I hadn't of pushed her to check she wouldn't of. The WHOLE hotel complex is NON smoking, you aren't allowed to smoke on your balcony and must leave the complex completely. We was in Block 1 so was fairly close to the reception and entrance but if you was all the way at the back of the complex you would be fuming by the time you get back to your room you'd want another one. Considering that its non smoking there aren't any benches to sit on outside either. The Spa on site (outside the reception area) has a coffee bar (which is great!) but the seated area is also non smoking. We saw some HUGE cockroaches the first two nights around the complex and the blocks but after the second night we didn't see anymore on the complex, alive at least. I don't know if this was due to the influx of travellers or what. The WiFi is free but patchy, the further away from reception you are the worse it is, once the complex had gotten busier the WiFi noticeably got worse often giving us a message to reset the router as there was too many connected at the time. Which with two teenagers was a bit of a nightmare. Given how big the complex is I'd of expected it to have more pools, they definitely could've utilised the space a bit better on the complex. The pool that is available to everyone is large and clean with a lifeguard. There wasn't loads to do within walking distance and most days/nights we got a cab into Porto Rico. Overall, the hotel is great, clean spacious and great for selfcatering holidays as it has an over as well as a hob. It just wasn't for us and we'll be staying in Anfii next year as there is far more to do for the kids and closer to the main areas"

"These apartments are amazing! We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment on the second floor with a great balcony. The self-catering set-up is perfect with the right amount of space and resources to stay in if you wanted. The pool is a great size and there was always a sunbed available for us. It was the most relaxed holiday we have had. There is also a pool bar with lovely staff and decent cafe style food. There is a short 5/10min walk into the town with great restaurants. This walk was fine for us. Just a busy road at the bottom to cross but no different to what we cross in England!!!! We will definitely be revisiting this brilliant find. Arguineguin is a lovely town, too. Definitely nicer than the commercialised Playa des Ingles. So if you want something quieter and more relaxed with a mixture of nationalities visiting this is the place to visit 🥰"

"We stayed an in a premium 2 bed appartment for 9 nights and can honestly say it was lovely so modern spacious . Can't fault the staff so friendly and helpful, everywhere was kept extremely clean . The onsite pool bar/cafe food was delicious 😋. We enjoyed the adults only area pool . Big shout out to Carmina the receptionist especially as she was one of the staff we spoke to the most such an asset to the company and a total joy to be around . Would definitely return and would recommend these appartments to anyone ."
