"We have just returned home after 11 nights here, first time visiting this hotel. We arrived late after the meals had ended, but on checking was advised to swing by the restaurant and they would give us a 'picnic', they did a sandwich and some fresh fruit, luckily the bar was still open so we could help it down with some drinks. The room was clean and spacious, housekeeping were in everyday to change towels and mop floors etc (except Tuesdays and Sundays when there is no housekeeping service). We found the beds comfortable. The staff work very hard and are very pleasant. The pool area is clean and plenty of sunbeds for everyone, anytime of the day. The food was good, although, like all all-inclusive hotels a little repetitive at times. You can stroll down the hill to Amadores beach, but would recommend a taxi back up as it is steep. 3.85 Euros for a taxi up the hill is well worth it. We asked for a late check out but the hotel were unable to do this for us, they do have a room you can store your luggage in, and showers you can use. We made the most of the last day by walking down to the beach and sitting drinking cocktails in one of the many beach front restaurants. We would stay here again."

"Stayed at this hotel for 14days hotel OK clean and tidy most of staff in restaurant could not tell you what food had nuts in or not food same over and over only good thing bbq Wednesday and Saturday self service drink so under age drinking and no staff to keep an eye on it a few drunks which were a pain with small children about lots of signs saying no smoking and no e cigarettes or vapeing but people totally ignored it around pool area but 98% of people went to a designated smoking area would help if there was smoking on terraces entertainment poor wife would not go back if you payed her"

"Just spent 14 days here lovely place, Absolutely spotless. House keeping 100 % no faults whatsoever around the pool and the resort spotless, dinning area the same , all inclusive can get a bit monotonous but the staff not only in the kitchen and in the restaurant superb service , if you're hungry here it's your own fault. As for the entertainer it's a bit of a poor show , not the acts they are very entertaining sadly it starts at 9 pm and finished at 10.30 pm the latest if you are lucky. As for the reception I found them unhelpful and rude on occasions we asked for a late check out 4 days before leaving, and was told ok but pop back on the Wednesday the day before leaving, sadly on the day they said no ant told us we had to hand our keys in by midday, so we had to sit around for 6 hours so our last day ruined. The pool is clean but freezing 🥶 cold , we went to amadores beach a beautiful place with some amazing bars and restaurants. We won't be going back here sadly. Regards Steve Julie"
