"My girlfriend and I spent a week at this hotel. On our very first day/night, our flight was delayed, we were hungry and initially disappointed in our room and the facilities. My girlfriend, admittedly, hastily posted a one star review, which we have since removed. After having spent a full week at this hotel, we cannot apologise enough for how wrong we were about the place. Most of the staff were incredibly attentive and kind. The views from the hotel are incredibly beautiful and the food was amazing, with a whole bunch of new, fresh options provided daily and in abundance. There were activities on each night and on our last day, we felt like we were leaving a place that felt like home and were very sad to leave. This has indeed been a four star hotel experience and we would highly recommend others to stay here too!"

"My elderly mother has been robbed of 300 euros in cash and is now scared stiff. My son is petrified of someone coming through the door. Having read the reviews - there have been thefts spanning weeks and months. The security light in the corridor next to where my mums room was isn’t working and nothing they can do. It’s a real shame as some of the staff work so hard to give guests a good time. Sadly theft from hotel rooms does appear to be a problem ongoing and causing needless fear. We fly back tomorrow but will endeavour to report it to the police in order to make a claim."

"AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Not because of the out dated decor, useless wifi, terrible food, cracks and leaks everywhere. But avoid through robberies of rooms that the hotel take NO responsibility at all. Tonight while we were in our room the room next door got robbed, no cameras and we are right at the end of the hotel in complete darkness leading onto the main road. The people who have been robbed are giving the hotel the chance to call the police which we’ve heard they won’t so now the holiday makers are calling them. Cannot believe these reviews on robberies were hidden on trip advisor you only saw the good ones until you really looked deep into them. Disgusting and has now spoilt our holiday and we are paranoid for our own room as my daughter found her door open, thought she must of left it open, but I told her the door slam shut so it’s obvious someone tried to go in but looks like they got disturbed. I will be talking to the reception in the morning as they expect us to pay €4 a day for the safe even though they are well aware of the thefts. Just avoid pay the extra and go somewhere safe"
