"Amazing hotel with amazing staff! All so friendly and helpful! Special mention to Leo who kept us all entertained day and night ! He is brilliant at what he does and very funny, he made sure the holiday enjoyable for us all. Great atmosphere in the hotel. Rooms are very clean and well looked after. Location is a very to the beach with a lovely walk right along the beachfront and plenty of shops close by to go and explore. Plenty of choice on what to do in and around the hotel, pools on the main floor and sunbathing floors higher up and roof top terrace on the 9th floor too was very relaxing and great views."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would happily return. The location is fantastic — just a 3–5 minute walk from a beautiful sandy beach with toilets and showers, where you can rent an umbrella and two sunbeds for only 15 euros a day. Nearby there is also a beach gym, a slide area for small children, a playground, and even a whale skeleton which our kids loved exploring. We travelled with both a toddler and a teenager, and before arriving we were slightly worried about the food because of some reviews we had read. Thankfully, those concerns disappeared immediately. The all-inclusive buffet was excellent every single day with a great variety of food: fresh salads, meat, fish, seafood, themed evenings including Asian and Spanish nights, plus good wine and beer. Snacks were also available throughout the day, along with free and discounted alcoholic drinks. Our flight was delayed and we arrived after dinner service had finished, but the reception staff kindly arranged for the kitchen to leave food for late arrivals. After a long journey with children, this honestly saved our lives because we were absolutely famished. The staff throughout the hotel were exceptional and made us feel genuinely welcome. Patrizia at reception was especially kind and helpful. She answered all of our questions about the Jet2 pickup location and even called taxis for us in Spanish whenever needed. We also requested a room change, and the staff did everything possible to move us to a neighbouring room which made life so much easier with the pram and all the equipment for our toddler. The entertainment team also deserves special mention. Leo, who led the daily pool activities, was incredibly friendly, encouraging, and great with guests. Our son had an amazing time joining the pool games and the ping pong tournament. The cleaning staff were also incredibly warm and friendly, especially towards our toddler, which we really appreciated. The hotel itself is not huge, which actually created a very relaxed atmosphere. There is a large pool for adults and a smaller pool perfect for toddlers, and it never felt overcrowded so we could always enjoy our time by the pool. One small thing worth mentioning is that we expected there might be more organised activities for very small children, but the mini club was not open during our stay. We assume this may be because the full season starts in June, although we are not completely sure."
