"Do not know where to start..fantastic food. Always healthy and varied, presented in an artistic way. We've been on top cruise ships that this compares to. The buffet was constantly refreshed. The hotel is as amazing as it is the pictures. The pools are clean and the rooms spacious, very comfortable and attractive. Bathroom tiles were very slippy when wet...take care, just put towels on the floor. Entertainment outdoors every night on open air stage. Not too loud, stopped at 11.00 pm. Always good and happy music. Recommend this hotel highly."

"We had adjacent rooms in block 1. Families area. The extraxctor fan outside ran all night and often had kitchen smells and was next to the delivery area with lorries early am. My son had mosquito bites and we had cockroaches in the room - given a spray. In the bath/shower was quite deep and slippery and there was no handrail making it difficult to get in and out. The public areas need maintenance as there are large cracks in the walls and in the ceiling of the Terrace Bar and there are broken tiles round the pool. The Terrace bar in the evening was very busy with tables rarely cleared and had to sit at a table with the previous persons empty glasses and often had to join the queue of about 15-20 persons to get drinks. The service in the Dining Room was far from 4 star. We sat at the table, piling up our used plates, only to be cleared when we finished our meal. At lunch and dinner only a wine glass on the table and no extra glasses if you wanted water as well. We took our tumblers up from the Terrace Bar. We often had to wait for a table to be cleared before we could sit down. The relaying of the tables was not very hygenic as often it was not completely cleared and just had new cutlery and glasses added. If it was cleared it was just wiped with a cloth that went from one table to another and it wasn't until the last day I saw a spray bottle of disinfectant used. The food was very mediocre. At least the weather was good and there were plenty of sunbeds and we were able to sit out often under a sun shade as it was very hot."

"We stayed for one week. The hotel is very clean, weather was excellent. Food is nice but very predicable after a couple of days. The air con did not work in the room, reported it but was not fixed. Entertainment is poor, not enough tables at the Sports Bar. Noise level is good, quiet in an evening. There is no where else in walking distance, either a taxi or bus from outside. Beach is very nice only a short walk down a steady incline. It is due to have a refurbishment very soon so may not want to go when work is on-going. Bar staff very friendly. Overall good value."
