"We were emailed codes for the main gate and room two days before as we arrived late. The apartments are large, very clean and have all you need. There is no oven. Two sunbeds and a table and chairs are on your patio facing the pool. The pool is one of the nicest i've encountered and sunbeds are available all day. There is a gym underneath the complex as well as showers and changing rooms for late leavers. Receptionists are very helpful and are available until 4pm. The beach, with lagoons is 150m away. Outside the hotel are a number of small bars for drinks and food if you fancy. A supermarket is just across the road for bits and a much larger one about 10 to 15 minutes away. The town is mostly a dining scene around the harbour area. Coyote bar is wrth a visit for drinks only. All in all a beautiful apartment complex and we will most definitly be back as its the best chill out holiday we've ever had."

"We stayed in an apartment with an upstairs solarium. The apartment was spacious and clean. Everything was to a high standard. Regular cleaning, change of bedding and towels. All the staff were very helpful. Our check-in was after 4 but we had been given our apartment number, a gate code and apartment code by Jet 2 at the airport. Once you access your apartment you will find two key cards for your use for the rest of your stay. We had a late flight and while we had to check out of our apartment at 12.00 we were offered use of a downstairs area which included a room to secure our luggage plus use of shower etc. All in all a great stay."

"We have just returned from a 7 day trip to El Cotillo. The apartment was spotless. Roomy, close to the beach and close to all amenities. However, the position of the apartments was literally on a building site. 3 out of the 7 days, we woke up to banging- which felt like it was next door but it was actually underground from the building work opposite. The worst part of our stay was the horrendous noise of the generator at the apartments opposite us. It was on constantly day and night and incredibly loud. We could hear it in our room at night. It just spoilt what was a lovely winter break. The website does say building work going on but that generator was something else. We were in room 4102"
