Sotavento Beach Club

"The hotel is large and we had the 1st floor (2 flights of stairs) room with kitchenette. I think we were the only british speaking holiday makers except for a guest we met from london the day before we left. The room itself was basic but clean. Entertainment, tv and most literature was in German or Spanish!! Food was bland and not much variety for vegans or anyone on a gluten free diet!! Plus side was our balcony was a perfect spot for sunbathing. Staff did not always speak English so communication was challenging. The resort would suit german spanish, dutch holiday makers. We will not be returning!!"

"This has to be one of my best holidays magaluf is amazing but the sotavente hotel was amazing the staff were the receptionists were amazing the rooms were immaculate and the pool area is immaculate I took my two sons and their friends they are young and I'm 61 but I felt like a 21 year old thanks to the way I was treated by the pool staff I wS gob smacked .Antonio is so funny he kept calling me shaggy and made us feel special what a credit to tourism and amillia and naza are the two most beautiful and friendly bar/witnesses I have ever met absolutely beyond expectations I advise any young or older people to go to this resort if they go to magaluf all my sincerity Stuart manchester I have included some photos"

"This resort caters only for German and Spanish speaking guests, very few of the employees, especially the servers can speak or understand English. No one was able to explain how things work and lead to us being treated in a humiliating way on several occasions "
