"You can say the food is good but otherwise it's worthless. You have to buy water in an all-inclusive hotel. The beds are almost all broken. It is dirty, really filthy. The pool is slightly full of sand. There is little staff, so there is glass junk everywhere. Little cleaning is done. At the food, you have to watch out that you have a clean plate, but the food is good. Lines to get drinks. No ashtrays for smokers. The floors and windows are really dirty. This hotel is really never worth four stars."
