"I booked a week in late September and found the hotel clean, pleasant and comfortable. Pools good, spa lovely and costs 15euro to enter for a session. The staff there were absolutely lovely- Magdelena, Victoria and Francisco (who also does a great massage- especially the head). We had some good chats and they really do everything they can to make you relax and enjoy the facilities (which are nicer than they look in the photos!). Food for all meals very good, plenty of choice and fresh salad, veg and fish as well as local cuisine. If you're vegetarian or vegan, there is also enough to choose from, not just basics. Gardens are very well-kept and throughout the site. The site itself is well-designed, not just 4star 'boxes'. There is quite a bit going on so no good if you are wanting complete quiet, equally it's not a 'party hotel' and not suitable for those looking for that. Instead, there are activities round the pool or at night in the open air areas which are needlessly loud. I really wouldn't have been bothered by them if they had turned the volume down but, as with most hotels in most places, ear-splitting volume is the norm- annoying when you have a room facing out so you can still hear it even with the balcony doors shut. However , that is everywhere now so worth mentioning this isn't a totally quiet hotel so you're prepared. Final note is special mentions for service and care in Reception from Luca, William and Sabrina and the excellent response provided by the Sub Director Senora de Santiago who fielded some feedback and helped me during my stay. I would return 😊"

"The experience was very pleasant, although it needs a facelift, the facilities seemed very nice to me, and everything is correct, a very special mention to Raúl 2 maitre d', Juanito from the kitchen, Javi and Erik from the bars. wonderful. The food was very delicious. The service in general has been very good. As a negative point, the adult entertainment (activities) seemed scarce to me unless it was Zumba, gym, or Pilates (something more like archery, more darts, etc. would be good). I think the shows are not well advertised. We will return. We are leaving very happy."
