"Some good, some bad. I'll start with the positives, it is very good value for money especially for the solo traveller, as there is either no single person supplement or at most, a very small one, and you are made to feel welcome and treated the same as everyone else. Hotel is very chilled out, which isn't for everyone, but if you want to party all night go elsewhere. Bedrooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable. Service on the whole was very good, friendly and attentive. The spa is lovely (note if you are on a jet2 holiday you get 2hrs free use). Paid for a massage and fell asleep during, so it must have been good! All inclusive drinks package is pretty good. Pool area is spotless, and i like the €1 deposit for the plastic cups for drinks around the pool, definitely works to keep the area tidier The mids The food is okay, enough choice but they struggle to keep it hot for long. There is a sewage smell which seems to come and go throughout the day, but it's out the hotels hands as there is a sewage plant across the road, and i don't think it's as bad as alot of reviews say. Maybe i just got lucky where my room was. The Hotel is about 20-30min walk to the sea front. Which was fine for me, but if you've got mobility issues can be a problem. The negatives. The hotel does need an update. Its a bit rough around the edges, and the corridors look a bit prison like. Bathroom cleaning is non-existent, the smell from the toilet and the shower drain were awful. I did see a couple of cockroaches, one was in my bathroom and one in the snack bar. Snack bar food is just breakfast leftovers, left out for fruit flies to have the time of their lives. All in all a mixed bag. If you're after a chilled week and can put up with a couple of issues then go here. If you want perfection and a more lively atmosphere this is not for you."

"We stayed for 6 nights, in mid-October 2026, and our experience was really marred by a truly unpleasant problem. For 4 of the 6 nights, we suffered from a foul, very intense odor, similar to pure manure or sewage, during the evening, night, and early morning. The odor was noticeable both in the hotel and on the street and in the surrounding area, and at certain times it was difficult to bear. For us, it was, without a doubt, the worst part of the stay. The problem, according to what the hotel staff told us, comes from a sewage treatment plant that is very close by, which they can never resolve. The hotel will notice it when no one wants to stay there once they find out about such a huge problem. Another negative point is the location. The hotel is quite far from the beach and from the areas with restaurants, shops, and atmosphere. At night, there is practically no nightlife or entertainment around. It is an extremely quiet area. Precisely that tranquility can be a positive point for those looking to rest, disconnect, and who do not want any type of nightlife. But we believe that anyone thinking about booking should especially know about the odor problem. Suffering through it for 4 nights of a 6-night stay seems excessive to us for a vacation and hardly compatible with what we expect from a 4-star hotel. The cleanliness, and the lack of variety and quality of the buffet, is insufficient for the stars it has. The best part was the staff like Carolina, Rosi the cook, the waiters, and Davide at the front desk; they are indeed 5-star. 👏 This has been our personal experience during our stay in October 2026."

"Lovely hotel food and drink was great not a lot to do here no bars or restaurants that are near. Air con wasnt great but overall had a really relaxing chilled break. Met some really lovely people."
