"My actual rating would be 3.7 , Overall great place, room comfortable and has all you need, staff as always very polite and friendly, there are a few things that do need enforcing like the reserving of the sun lounges there’s been a couple of times where we were unable to get loungers together because folks have left towels and not returned for 2/3 hours it’s a real frustration, also while we have been here there’s been a street festival which went on very loud til 2am , a warning would have been nice our sleep was severely affected we were staying in the yellow zone on the front, I wouldn’t recommend this place for young people or families, I would stay again but would love to see rules enforced the location is good for accessing night life and restaurants"

"Came home yesterday after 11 nights and can only say what a wonderful place. Our 3rd stay and looking at dates for next year. Our apartment was facing caleta gardens which is appalling but nothing at all to do with villa florida and asked to be moved and within 24 hours we had an upstairs apartment which was lovely. We pay for superior as the aircon is worth it and they are spotlessly clean. Ive read bad reviews and worried before my first trip but as ive stated we are already looking to book our fourth trip. The staff cannot do enough for you and Gino the barman that everyone grumbles about is actually a very humorous man when you get to know him. ( pool bar nothing to do with hotel) thankyou for another lovely holiday see you next year"

"My daughter and sister, have juat rseturned home from a weeks stay in these appts 15th August 2026, I have to say , we were quite impressed with them and definately recommend staying here. Very spacious appt , we stayed in the green zone , room 190, , my sister had her own appt across the pool upstairs in the yellow zone , very nice room too there was every thing you need for self catering. Beds were quite comfy , supplied with towels and toilet rolls. Cleaner came every other day replenished towels. Lovely man at the pool bar,didnt get his name , happy hour 3 til 3pm and the music played was always a radio station with mostly 60s music, motown etc , none of your latest chart music or spanish music. Reasonable prices for drinks and snax. Pool very nice and clean, plenty sunbeds, even a little private terrace for 2 you can use behind the life guard station.we didnt have to queue for pool and were always cleaned daily before opening at 10am ,bins provided for rubbish. Clean and tidy surroundings and little shop on site for extras for your rooms and sells everything you need.very safe appt complex, you get 2 keys, 1 for main entrance , secured entrance ,and 1 for your room.we had a safe in room but never had to use it. We had a fan above bed for air con which was a big help and left the wi dow open the full duaration of our stay, terrace and balconys spacious with tables. Very happy with our stay here and would come back. 5 to 10 mins walk to main square and beaches, plenty bars and restaurants to eat nearby."
