"I cannot fault the location but sorry this is where the positive ends. Arrived after a long journey to be stood in the dark trying to read a tiny number to ring then had to wait for a wats app message to reply with a code to get in. No reception from staff then another code to get in apartment in the dark. The atmosphere here is zero marks no facility’s other than a dated pool no friendly staff about no shop no bar nothing. The cleaners are about the only thing I can give a good rating on other than that it’s near the beach which is good."

"Firstly I had emailed reception 4 days before arrival to confirm check in time received reply 1pm or if we arrive early apartment might be ready, all great we thought . Arrived to find gate locked and a note on wall with a number to call on WhatsApp which got us through to a receptionist who luckily was in on the complex, she came along and asked had we not gotten an email with codes ehh no we hadn't but no problem we are here now . Got our room no 19 beside the road so not much privacy and pitch black when we arrived back at night no lighting by front door . 2 sunbeds on patio looked grubby . Apartment was nice bit worn out but beds were comfortable, there is a huge sink unit in the bathroom which is ridiculous you literally have to turn sideways to get in and out of the bathroom. Air con downstairs, fan in bedroom upstairs which got very hot. Unfortunately we couldn't leave any of doors open at night to cool the room as groups of men who were not residents of apartments were getting into the complex and using the pool during the early hours of the morning usually around 3am . We met with some ladies who were staying in pool view apartments and they were terrified. This led to the codes to all gates being changed however this was done during daytime when a lot of guests had already gone out for the day and couldn't gain entry on returning, we were at the beach and luckily a guest saw us and told us the new code . When we got back to our room a note had been pushed under the door with new codes this should have been done the night before not when people were out during the daytime. Unfortunately I wouldn't stay here again as we didn't feel safe which is a shame as the complex was in a fabulous location. Also we stayed for 7 nights and had no cleaning ,whilst we wouldn't expect cleaning during that time a change of towels and sheets just left in apartment would have been nice ."

"Very good location, on the beach, access through the back. Spacious two-story bungalow, renovated, friendly and helpful receptionist. I do not recommend an apartment by the pool."
