"We have recently spent a week at this lovely hotel. I really cannot understand the poor reviews that some people have given. We had a lovely big room. cleaned every day. We did ask for mattress toppers which I had previously read about and we had them straight away. Never a problem to get a sunbed, lovely pools. Found the music round the main pool too loud sometimes but there is a quiet pool. Easy walking distance to main town and beach. Near bus stop for sand dunes, Food was good, always found something nice to eat. Walked into town at night so can't really comment on the entertainment, could do with more tables and chairs to watch though. I don't know why some people object to paying a deposit for a towel or a euro to change it! Or being asked to pay a refundable euro for a reusable cup! We took our own! I would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Decidedly disappointing experience, especially considering the money spent. The breakfast was reasonably good and quite varied, but the dinner was, to say the least, terrible. I am a person who loves to eat and who rarely complains about food, but here I really struggled to find something pleasant. Making everything even worse was the room on the lower floor, without windows and with practically non-existent air circulation. One evening, after they cooked grilled fish, I went out with my clothes and hair soaked in the smell of cooking, even though I had just taken a shower. Unacceptable. The air conditioning, furthermore, was set to an excessively low temperature. The property is overall very dated, with small touch-ups here and there that are not enough to hide its real condition. The rooms are decent, but the bathroom definitely needs to be renovated. It is also disappointing to see that there is a much nicer room by the pool, while guests are reserved a decidedly unwelcoming environment. Only positive note: the Italian guy at the reception, kind and helpful. I am sincerely bitter: I had the feeling of having wasted my money. I am not used to leaving negative reviews, but this experience deserves to be told. I would not return and I would not recommend the property."

"Not a 4star, a bit tired, so I would say a 3star, had to pay deposit for pool towels, expected, but they wanted 1 euro for each change of towel, and 1 euro deposit for plastic cup at pool bar, not what you expect at a 4 star, the food was a good standard but limited in variety, The room was a good size, but again tired, the fault I reported was done very quickly Staff are friendly The location was great the area, close to shops, bars etc We did have a good holiday, so, as long as you don't have very high expectations, you will enjoy yourself"
