"Just returned from a 7night AI stay. It was our 2nd visit to smy,so we knew what to expect. Everything here is great value for a 3* in caleta. Food is ok,theres enough variety to suit most taste while not having a huge selection,so not a lot of waste either. The pool and bar is great,clean and welcoming and relaxing,even when busy. All the staff are excellent and friendly, polite,welcoming. Rooms need work,but again in reflection to the price there OK. Clean,shower is decent always had hot water. Im back again in may,if not earlier."

"Excellent staff and a fantastic location in close proximity to the airport beaches shopping and nightlife. Good selection of food and drinks for the all-inclusive. The rooms are a little tired and could do with an upgrade ie bathrooms however we have seen some improvements made to them since our last visit in 2025 (went twice June and September). Overall, a good value for money holiday and a very enjoyable stay."

"We had a lovely week here. The room is in need of a little updating but it was clean and tidy with a ceiling and free standing fan. The amenities and all communal areas were very clean. All areas including the pool and pool area was cleaned every day by the cleaning team, who appear to be on site all day keeping on top of things. The staff are helpful and friendly, the entertainment lady was brilliant, encouraging people to take part, remembering their names and speaking their language, she greets you like an old friend. Local bars, shop and the beach are near by. It has a lovely atmosphere as it is not too big, the pool is more than big enough with a separate heated pool for those that don't like it chilly. We stayed all inclusive and the food was good, good variety at all meals, staff keeping it clean, plenty of tables. Snacks on the bar through the day meant some days we didn't have lunch we stayed at the pool, its nice to have the choice. Rated as three stars we felt this was good value for our money, the staff and cleanliness out weighs the dated rooms. We would definitely visit again and recommend to others."
