"Well it not a 5 star so please don't expect it. 3 star and one of the best and that's a promise 100% Me and my wife stayed for 4 nights on a last minute vacation I we were supposed to go to a caravan in England but was cancelled due to family arrangements. Well things happen for reasons We certainly wasn't disappointed and that's an absolute fact We stayed bed breakfast & evening meal The food was lovely and piping hot It was great to see everyone enjoying life round pool bar and enjoying life and all staff doing there job with smiles all around the hotel Once to first go to reception is as a great ambience about the hotel and smells fresh. We took our own drinks round pool and bought some drinks also The lady who runs entertainment is a amazing she gets everyone up and always very happy Yes the hot in places is a little dated But come on its a 3 star The hotel is kept very clean Our beds in room was so so comfy We had everything in our room they also provided us with a tall fan The hotel is safe and very secure It's a credit to the management and staff to this hotel Keep doing what you do best for the best 3 star hotel we stayed in Thank you for creating a wonderful. "Never book via Prijsvrij and never go to hotel smy tahona We booked a 4-person apartment with 2 bedrooms, on the ground floor due to difficulty walking. Upon arrival at the hotel, we were put at the very back and had to go up a steep staircase, which was very difficult for someone who had trouble walking. When we went into the room, it was too dirty and too disgusting to describe. We went to the reception and they went to find a solution and had us wait outside by the pool. Since we were very tired because we didn't sleep all night, I hope to be helped quickly and get a clean room. They would call us if they had arranged something. After waiting for half an hour at the pool, we went back to the reception and were told again that we had to wait at the pool. We went back to 3 times and were already 2 hours further, and there was still no solution. Also called Pricefree, they were also working on a solution. But overall still no solution. But back to the reception. Then we heard that a colleague would come and would provide a solution. They said to wait another 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, unfortunately still no one seen. But back to the reception. Indeed a new colleague, but unfortunately he knew nothing and said we should just take that room and that he couldn't do anything for us further. In frustration, my friend made a dismissive gesture, causing a sign from the counter to fall. We left afterwards. It really shouldn't have gotten crazier. Called again for free, they were still busy. Go for a cup of coffee and then back to the hotel. Then we heard that we were no longer welcome!!!! It could have been even crazier. Without pardon, warning, or whatever, thrown out on the street. That's where we were. To shorten a long story. Prijsvrij finally made itself heard around half past 7. The hotel had the right to kick us out and Priceless wanted to help with new accommodation, but we had to pay for everything ourselves. It is simply too scandalous to put into words how we are treated. We were exhausted by now and actually wanted to go home. After consultation, we decided to stay and make something of it. But the promised vacation didn't happen after all, unfortunately! Of course, we won't leave it at that and this story will continue!!! Here are some photos of the dirtiness of the hotel..."

"All i can say is don't read the bad reviews. This place is a little gem. Location is excellent, not right in the thick of the hustle but withing walking distance. The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. Food was ok. Staff are brilliant and Christina is amazing. Some guests can get a little noisy around the pool bar of an evening but soon quiets down when the bar shuts at 11pm. Will definitely be returning next year."
