"This hotel is family oriented, it is clean and the pools are great for kids. The animation team work hard. The rooms are spacious and the staff are helpful. The food is ok, very repetitive and if you have allergies they don’t cater. They have foods labelled as gluten free but when I questioned the pasta and pizza labelled gluten feee I was told they weren’t but didn’t remove the labels. We did mainly use the food for breakfast and lunch but we were pleased we’d taken the children’s cereal. The pool edge is incredibly slippy I am surprised there are not more accidents the amount of people falling over. The pools were cold and definitely not heated! Overall we would return again."

"My wife and I returned to Caleta De Fuste, having visited before 25 years ago, and chose this hotel as the reviews seemed quite good. We weren't disappointed. We had a wonderful time, and the weather was glorious too. The hotel itself had an interesting layout and after a day or two, we found walking about it quite easy. Our room (which was situated on the first floor of a block quite distant from the main entrance), had a large, comfortable double bed with an overhead ceiling fan which worked well, but was a little noisy. The bathroom, which had a stand-alone bath, a fantastic rainforest type separate shower, and a sink with a large mirror was fine - except there was no door! This was ok, as long as no-one was using it if the front door was open! Next to it was a small room with a toilet (but it never had a pleasant smell), so we tended only to use it during the night. It did however have a lockable door. There was plenty of clothes storage space, and an excellent, electronically controlled safe. What else? A wall mounted TV (with about 3 ok channels), a fridge, and a decent veranda with a table & 2 chairs (and a clothes horse there too). The hotel itself was clean for the most part - the staff work hard in all areas, and the food was good. How people could say that they couldn't find anything to eat is beyond me. Yes, sometimes it could be a little repetitive, but all in all, I would say that we enjoyed our mealtimes every day. The wine and lager were fine (we were All Inclusive), and the 'free' cocktails were nice too. Additional bar staff would be a good idea though - probably my only gripe. I especially liked the coffee served via a machine - was fantastic. The swimming pools were great - clean, but quite cold, and the sunbed availability was excellent. Evening entertainment - usual kids' mini disco first, then later performances for the most part were ok. All the staff were wonderful - the receptionist called Vanessa was especially charming and so deserves a special mention. Yet another great holiday - well done Broncemar!!"

"Spent two weeks here with my fiancé in October–November 2025 and had a fantastic time overall. We upgraded to a superior upstairs room, which didn’t disappoint — very spacious, well laid out, and complete with our own decking and sun loungers. Definitely worth the extra cost. Despite some of the negative reviews online about the lack of air conditioning, we found the overhead and plug-in fans more than adequate for a good night’s sleep. The only small downside to the self-catering room was the lack of tea towels or cloths for washing dishes — not ideal having to use the same towels meant for showering! As we were self-catering, I can’t comment on the restaurant food, but we did eat several times at the poolside bar — the food was delicious and the portions generous. The on-site shop was also handy and reasonably priced. All the staff were friendly, and the entertainment team seemed to go above and beyond for the families staying there. The pools were well maintained and nicely laid out. However, the situation with the sun loungers was a bit frustrating. Despite the signs saying not to reserve beds, people still did — a common issue at resorts, but still annoying when you can’t find two beds together while other reserved beds sit empty all day. We also noticed the number of pool floats sometimes made it difficult to actually swim. It’s clearly a family-oriented resort, especially during school holidays, so that’s something to keep in mind before booking. Overall, it was a great experience — not far off a 4★ rating and excellent value for money. I’d happily recommend it to families and couples alike."
