"**Very Disappointing Stay – Definitely Not Worth the Money** Unfortunately, our experience at this resort was very poor and certainly not worth the amount we paid. The best way I can describe it is that it felt like a Pontins abroad rather than the quality holiday resort we were expecting. To make matters worse, my wife suffered food poisoning from seafood on the first day of our holiday and was ill for most of the trip. This completely ruined what should have been a relaxing break for her. Upon arrival, we found that the air conditioning in our room was leaking. We couldn't properly settle into our room until maintenance came to fix the issue, which wasn't the start we had hoped for. The layout of the resort is also problematic. If you're staying near the top of the complex, it's a very long walk to the restaurant. Given the size of the resort and the number of guests, they really need another dining venue to cope with demand. The main pool has some serious design flaws. There should be proper ladders near the slides and in the deep end. If you're in those areas, getting out of the pool can be difficult unless you swim all the way back to the steps, which is both inconvenient and potentially unsafe. The pool area is overcrowded with sunbeds, making the space feel cramped and uncomfortable. Combined with the fact that the resort appears very poorly maintained in general, it creates an overall impression of neglect. The restaurant was consistently overwhelmed by the number of guests. On several evenings we were left waiting an eternity just to get basic cutlery. The staff seemed unable to cope with demand, and some restaurant staff came across as rude and uninterested in helping customers. Overall, this was a very disappointing holiday experience. Poor maintenance, overcrowding, food quality concerns, and inadequate customer service meant that we left feeling frustrated rather than relaxed. We would not return and would not recommend this resort to others."

"The holiday itself should have been a welcome winter break. The experience was just such a let down, having followed some positive feedback on the fb page later to discover if u comment with negative comment or honest feedback you are removed and blocked despite being polite, genuine and honest. The room we were in situated next the bar in block c, c35 noisy but not an issue really, airplanes passing were louder, water poured through our ceiling on putting on the aircon, this was fixed thankfully, the room was a 5-10 min walk from reception, up a road, which we had to walk back to and beyond for the only restaurant on site of a huge complex, in the rain this is no fun, especially when u have to wait outside to be seated due to the complex having so many people and not enough space in one restaurant to accommodate. No glasses to drink from most nights cos the staff cant keep up with the amount of people, no cutlery, no big plates, eating with our fingers on saucers when u ask the staff we were just shrugged at, and got a rude hand wave, this was most nights, tbe place is run down but that doesn't bother me too much its a 3 star resort but it was just full of rude staff and clearly over occupancy with rooms needing more restaurants more staff, ive had food poisoning and couldn't get off the loo for 3 days, couldnt eat much at all after that, just a big disappointment and would not come back or recommend"
