"The location of the hotel was amazing so near to the beach couldn’t have been any better. The atmosphere was good music playing and plenty going off around the pool. The rooms were lovely I went with family so we asked for rooms next to each other and to our surprise we got adjoining rooms which was very handy. The bed was amazing best bed I have ever slept on and 3 pillows which were lovely and soft. Out side the room we got 2 sun beds and a hot tub which was a nice surprise. Value for money could have been better as we were all inclusive and presumed ice lollies and ice creams were included but no you had to pay for them which was a bit of a surprise as I had 2 grandchildren with me you could get some ice cream in the snack bar but only when it was open. The hotel was lovely and clean the pool side was kept clean also , the room was cleaned every day and fresh bath sheets and towels left, had the beds changed once in the week we were there. I didn’t really hear of any noise not on a night anyway. The service in the buffet was really good the staff were attentive and you didn’t have to wait long to be served your drinks when ordered. The beach was right on your doorstep,the marina not too far away and there was various activities that were going on through out the week. The entertainment was amazing the whole week we were there the magician was fantastic and so were the other entertainers that were on that week. The compare Daved was absolutely brilliant every single night great dancer and singer and good on the eye well done."

"We come here as a family every year because the hotel and staff are exceptional. We have always felt our family is safe here. This year is very different. On several occasions people have walked in off the beachfront with no bands for entry and even having photos taken by the onsite photographer, saying "we don't know if we can get back in to collect them" we saw this family and many others, come in several times to use the facilities when raised with reception they didn't know who we meant despite the family still playing in the pool - the photographer offered to meet the family on the beach instead. If people can just walk in off the beach and use all facilities including pool and snack stations/bar why are we paying an exclusive premium rate for such amenities, and how safe are we truly if there are no checks on the people coming in every day. We will be trying somewhere else next year for certain which is incredibly sad as we have loved this place for over a decade. The staff here are excellent. The food and drinks on offer also excellent but the lack of security and basic check for wristbands has left us incredibly uneasyespecially with young children's safety to consider."

"Just returned from a family holiday. We were a group ranging from age 8-70. There was something for all. The location was great overlooking a beautiful beach and short walk to the marina and surrounding shops/restaurants. We were all inclusive so didn’t eat out other than on one occasion at Fado Rock steakhouse which was lovely. Great that we can use the Show Factory for drinks as part of all inclusive. Rooms were lovely and friendly staff. Plenty of food choice, typical buffet style. Overall a lovely stay. There is room for improvement especially the floor area around the pool. We had to make sure our children had something on their feet at all times as the surface is not comfortable to walk on. Also the all inclusive drink offering could be improved for example standard Gordon’s gin is included but pink gin is extra. It’s the exact same price per bottle in the nearby supermarket so makes no sense. We travelled with Jet 2 who delivered an amazing service as always. "
