"My main concern is the management structure especially outside of hours. I called down at approximately 18.50 because we had a significant flood in our room. I told them we had a ‘big problem’ yet no one senior or junior came to inspect it or to speak to us and I believe they deliberately ignored our calls about this issue. We had to follow it up again ourselves the following morning and a nice gentleman from guest services helped us move to another room. I have doubts about the commitment to customer service when no one showed any interest in what was going on in our room. Also we asked at reception for a recommendation of which area to go to in Malaga for a nice evening out. 2 staff discussed this and then gave us the name of a restaurant. Following their advice we were shocked to have actually be sent directly into the Malaga protests that were taking place that evening. A frightening event given the police presence and crowds. Surely it is not too much to expect that staff would be aware of potentially dangerous situations in the area and should be up there date with information and guided by management not to send guests there. Overall underwhelmed had to endure 3 days of noise from drains being dug up which probably couldn’t be avoided however the garden maintenance with the petrol mower and very noisy tools was unnecessary as a robot mower would cover the small area of grass and I know quieter tools are available ."

"Staff, rooms, swimming pools, hygiene, entertainment, and the location of the hotel were very good. Everything except the restaurant. Not varied, almost 90% the same every day. The food was rarely hot, often lukewarm. Meat/fish often not cooked through when fried so say raw! When you explicitly asked to cook the meat through, it hadn't happened yet. This forces me to eat out several times, which costs at least 60 Euros every time. And while I had booked all inclusive. BTW All inclusive money only in the main restaurant. At the swimming pools, only a few items are included. 20%. Pay the rest in full. It's just that you know. For example, of the 4 pizzas, only one is included in your all-inclusive package. You don't expect that, do you?"

"Excellent hotel. Close to the beach front which took 2 minutes to walk to. Really clean room. Cleaned every day and towels changed when requested by leaving them in the shower floor. Brilliant rain shower that always had hot water available. Sea view from our room was to one side but very nice.Great pool and no issues with getting sun beds. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had an issue with the safe (which is free} we rang down and staff were at the room within 3 minutes to look at the issue. Batteries needed changing which they did while they were there. WE were only booked Bed and Breakfast but the food we had was really good. Always hot. Choices included full English , fruit, pastries and lots of meats and fresh bread. Great choice of drinks too including tea, coffee and juices. The hotel is only 5 minutes from the lift up to the town centre if you dont want to walk the steps (only 50 cents each way). Had a great holiday and will be returning next year."
