"We booked a superior room overlooking the pool area, the room and bathroom were lovely but the air con was rubbish. We had clean towels every day, but no beds made or bins emptied. The staff in reception were extremely rude and made no attempt to interact on a couple of occasions, one lady was speaking to me but answered the phone and just left me there. Evening entertainment was average. Be ready for sunbed wars, lots were arriving at 8:30 to get their spot before the sunbeds were unlocked at 9. Food was average, lots of choice. Would I stay again, probably not"

"My partner and I have just returned from a weeks all inclusive at this hotel. I have stayed twice before so I knew what was expected, however this wasn’t the case. I don’t always listen to reviews so choose as you wish but I will aim to provide a true and accurate review along with reference to previous stays. For info I stayed here in july 2023 and more recently April 2026 before this holiday in June 2026. The capacity of the hotel to staff ratio isn’t suitable. The hotel was exceptionally busy and they couldn’t keep up with the service demand such as clearing tables and serving at the bar. One bar man on at the pool bar is not appropriate or fair on that staff member. We always cleared up after ourselves but not everyone does and especially if it is large groups. The dinning room between 7-8 is perfect, after this time it’s like a cattle market making an enjoyable meal difficult. The staff in the Restraurant are excellent. The cafe bar is very relaxing however again extremely large crowds leading to long queues and wish to go elsewhere which we did often. Pool area is tired, my first visit the pool area was spotless however over the years it has become worn. The sunbeds are fine but the umbrellas are old, dirty, broken and the bases are atrocious. They topple so be careful. Finding a sun bed is difficult unless you wish to stand at 830am at the spot you want before they allow you to take the beds. This was new to me, and watched from our room an elderly couple having to pull a subbed themselves. Staff don’t put the beds out for you. I think again low staffing numbers. The rooms are perfectly fine. But other than the first day they aren’t cleaned. The beds are made but no fresh bedding. New towels everyday but that’s it. Floor needed brush. We went to the beach a few times and sand was in the room for the week. Now for the main problem with this holiday. We arrived on the Monday evening. First day we stayed at the hotel. Felt very comfortable and relaxed at the pool. On Wednesday there was three large groups arrived. All together and I counted about 30 of them. This group were rude, aggressive, demanding to staff and showed no respect for fellow guest. They dominated the pool area. Cafe bar and surrounding areas. They didn’t respect a queue and cut in. Certain bar staff didn’t challenge this and I’d suspect they are known. They made the whole experience unbearable and we didn’t spent any time in the hotel other than to sleep and have dinner. We even witnessed them go to the buffet and clear plates of food so no other guest could have any. This happened in the alacarte area. We also witnessed the group shout at the manager in an aggressive manner et. I was surprised the police weren’t called. Unfortunately for me we won’t be back."
