"Location of this hotel is pretty good easy walk to the sea front and bus stop over the road to venture into Malaga. The hotel is clean ✓ 😁 The food is pretty good ✓😁 The staff on reception very helpful ✓😁 The staff on the pool bar Rude X ☹️ The entertainment was tragic unless you like getting wrapped up in toilet paper for a 4 star hotel awful X😬🤔 Predominantly Spanish didn't feel included ☹️ For all inclusive the drinks were terrible 😔 Would I recommend nope Would I go back nope Nothing more to say just wouldn't go back"

"Hotel is spotless the housekeeping staff are amazing. All the staff from Reception to Bar and restaurant very friendly and cannot do enough. We went All Inclusive a first for me in Spain, the food was plentiful and it catered for all tastes. They had BBQ at lunch as well as the normal buffet, but they also do a theme section. Sushi was good. My only criticism is the food was tepid and the coffee undrinkable. Pool area very clean but the tiles are treacherous , very slippery. My criticism here is that the pool is shut at a ridiculously early 7pm! People are on holiday, 7 is far too early. All inclusive drinks only upto 11pm, l fully understand and no complaints but the bar for paid drinks shuts at 1130pm. This is again far too early, it’s a holiday hotel. The bedroom was immaculate big and super clean. The only comments would be, now drawers. The shower was definitely not valid of 4 stars, no power and tatty. No toiletries in the bathroom, apart from generic soap. For a 4 star property l would expect some special touches. It advertises a minibar in the room. Yet it’s empty and not as much as courtesy bottle water. Overall though a lovely hotel made great by its friendly staff."

"Just returned from a short stay 3 nights a/i break,hotel location spot on ,food was very good plenty of choice , pool area and gardens well maintained ,not a problem to get a sunbed or chairs,the only downside was the entertainment team who didn’t invite English guests to take part in activities, this was mentioned to a team member who said he is going to look into this , apart from this we will be definitely returning"
