Las Rosas de Capistrano

"We never go back to the same hotel but as this is the 3rd time we have visited Las Rosa’s, and our 4th visit is already booked it shows we absolutely love this place. Like lots of others we have met we stay a month at a time. The complex is about 20 minute walk from the main town/balcon but we like being away from it all and visit the busier areas when we want. The self catering apartments are well equipped with a really good size balcony. The pool areas are kept clean. Alex and Deanna supply a fantastic service at the pool bar - food is served until 4.30 and the pool closes at 8pm. If I had to point out any failure of the complex it would be the bar needs to serve food later. That said, there are plenty of bars close by who serve food after 4.30. Maria and Rafa are very welcoming and nothing is too much trouble for their guests. Looking forward to our next visit"

"This is a lovely small resort:the majority of clients are mature couples during the spring and winter months Weekend and school half terms and during school holidays there are more families from Europe and the UK. The resort is now featured by Jet Two, in the UK, Booking.com and Las Rosas have their own booking website. I think the majority of adults enjoy seeing and hearing children play together and enjoying themselves but when children are allowed to scream constantly without any consideration for others it does become a problem for the older guests. I hope any parents reading this post would consider how the behaviour of their children is affecting the enjoyment of others."

"Our first visit here and it does seem like a nice place however the apartments are in need of some TLC. Some of the bedding we have been given is stained, there is rust on the shower unit and the patio furniture is dirty and broken. The towels provided are also very small and smell of damp. The pool area is nice however one pool doesn't seem to have any sunbeds around it with no explanation as to why. And there's not enough sunbeds around the other pool which means people are laying on the grass. The reception is also barely open and map we were left to find our apartment wasnt easy to follow if you've never been before. As nice as Nerja seems to be we won't be returning to these apartments unfortunately."
