Malaga Nostrum

"From the outside, was a little unsure, however what a breath of fresh air from the receptionist upon arriving, she was welcoming and really lovely. Even welcoming our 2 small dogs for an extra wee charge. The hotel was clean and had a phone in the room for room service, which we used to order a couple of vodkas. I have found throughout Spain they do not usially supply rooms with ackettle, for tea and coffee in your room. I found the Air conditioning system a tad difficult, but managed to cool the room down. The beds were comfortable. The next morning mum and I went downstairs for breakfast, the coffee was lush as was the peach juice, rolls and salami. Again the receptionist, I believe her name was Marieanna was at the desk, with a big smile, asked if we had tried the spapool, explained we had to go, but told her i would love to next time. I was genuinely impressed with the staff and the hotel. Only gripe is that if you allow guests with dogs maybe put a water bowl in the wardrobe so you can offer them a drink without unpacking, also maybe have a small area with hooks in a corner of the restaurant so you can connect the dogs while you go to get your buffet style breakfast. Would definitely stay there again. Good value for money."

"When I was having trouble with ticket machine the manager offered to give them a call. Luckily it worked the machine sent a email to my account. The hotel was clean and well presented."
