Larios Malaga

"We stayed here for 3 nights 14/9/26 to 17/9/26 I would recommend this hotel. Easy to get to from the train station a short walk. The location is great with access to all the pedestrianised are of the old town, we walked to all the tourist attractions. If you have time take the number 11 bus to El Palo and visit El Tintero fish restaurant where there is no menu and the waiters walk around with plates of fish for you to choose. The hotel was clean and the rooms are very comfortable, the rooftop bar is excellent and the staff are really lovely. At reception Oscar was so pleasant and helpful he arranged for a late checkout as we had a late flight, we will return in May next year and will definitely stay in Hotel Larios"

"Stayed 5 nights in junior suite - room 212 in October. Fantastic location of the hotel - in the heart of Malaga with a short distance to everything. The room was incredibly nice, high under the ceiling and three large windows/doors out onto the lively shopping street. The sound was still not disturbing. Bed, mattress, and pillow were super good! The breakfast was quite okay, more than enough to choose from. The employees were kind and helpful - always a pleasant remark ready. Tried out the bar on the roof - a somewhat varied experience with the staff there, but incredibly nice to be able to enjoy the view over Malaga in a quieter setting. We will definitely be back! :)"

"Great location, clean room, comfortable bed, lovely staff and great breakfast. Despite the central location the room was quiet when we closed the window due to good sound proofing and the air conditioning was super efficient and very quiet. However, I was disappointed with the roof top bar. We stayed in the hotel over a weekend and Friday and Saturday nights were so packed with people, cigarette smoke everywhere and there was no room for us to stand. The disco was so loud up there too and unfortunately our room was on the third floor directly underneath the dj’s station so I didn’t get much sleep until after 2 pm. The security was a bit of a worry too as crowds of people using the rooftop bar could walk in off the street and then have free access to anywhere in the hotel, and at times I felt slightly uncomfortable walking back to my room alone. The Sunday night was very different, we could sit at a table and enjoy our drinks on the rooftop, very pleasant. Having said all this I would stay definitely at this hotel again, just not in a room directly above the disco."
