"Staff were lovely probably overly familiar and friendly. Location was a bit weird but still accessible to where we needed to get to. Whilst the rooms were ok, the pillows were exceptionally uncomfortable. Had the worst two days of sleep whilst I stayed here. Hotel was overall quite clean - bathroom was extremely very basic and so was the breakfast that was supposedly complementary wasn’t blown away overall probably would recommend more for a business trip as opposed to a friend solo travel trip."

"We stayed in an adjoining double/twin room which was great for our family. Rooms were clean, beds were comfy and the bathroom had great showers. Hotel is 15-20mins from the airport in a taxi and 20min walk from the town centre. Felt very safe to walk there even at night time. Reception staff were very help and had a printed list of restaurants. One downside was the breakfast. Restaurant is way too small for the size of the hotel. Therefore we had to wait for a table and then it was just so busy, wasn’t relaxing at all."

"Three star hotel (city center not within walking distance) with halls smelling of industrial cleaning agents, low quality breakfast buffet with very overcooked eggs. Large rooms are clean/comfortable with iron/board, hardwood floors with area rugs, windows that partially open (the thermostat will not turn on until the windows have been closed for 5 minutes, and the controls can be a bit confusing), comfortable beds, minifridge, safe, tea kettle w/ tea bags/instant coffee, shampoo/conditioner/gel soap wall dispensers, incredibly annoying green "emergency lighting" over the door is strong enough to illuminate all the furniture in the room, and cannot be turned off according to hotel staff; not good for sleep."
