"A city break with Jet2. First time to Malaga town rather than just passing through the airport to other destinations. The hotel is situated in the old town and, as other reviewers note, is on a busy pedestrianised street and it can be very noisy. Late night revellers and VERY early motorised street cleaning could be a problem for those light sleepers - take ear plugs! The hotel itself is charming with helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast is good and varied for most tastes. Our room was fine - comfortable bed and pillows. A large bathroom with one of the best hairdryers I’ve come across - no baby breath here, just a good stream of hot air. The only issue I had was that we had a ground floor bedroom 114 next to the dining area and the elevator. Surrounding doors were store cupboards. I assume late night returning guests were unaware of it being a bedroom and were very noisy - not the fault of the hotel but something to be aware of when booking. Ask for an upper floor. The surrounding area has many restaurants, handy if you want somewhere close by after a day’s sightseeing. Train stations and bus depots within fairly easy walking distance if you want to go further afield. The hotel organised a taxi for our return to the airport - 30 euros, value for money as the trains to and from the airport are extremely busy and packed with tourists with suitcases and bicycle carriers. Overall we had a lovely city break and would highly recommend staying at this hotel."

"Sitting in the reception, waiting to leave for the airport, after a lovely few nights in the hotel. Excellent breakfast spread, comfortable room and bathroom facilities, attentive and pleasant staff throughout the hotel, very well placed on the edge of the old town but within easy walking distance of public transport. My only complaint is trivial! There is a pleasant reception space to use, but a very sensitive automatic door onto the street outside which means that pedestrians trigger it constantly. It reduces the desire to spend time in the area... Otherwise, excellent all round!"

"Would highly recommend this hotel . Excellent staff , excellent location, could not fault anything about the hotel . Stayed in room 407 and stepped out the door right into the rooftop pool . Breakfast was lovely bedroom was spacious and clean, in fact the hotel was spotless. The staff were extremely friendly and professional, The location of the hotel is perfect . The only gripe we had is the rooftop pool is closed from 8pm until 11am"
