"5 middle age men on a 40th birthday holiday, now I know we are here for a good drinking session and shouldn't really care about the apartments and complex but this is a next level run down dump, ive stayed in some bad places in my time but this one tops the lot! Now lets start with the lobby, Wires were hanging out of the walls, Staff were rude, dismissive and unfriendly for the most part, we arent a bunch of rowdy lads we are mostly chill and just want a laugh so we wernt any trouble and didnt warrant the attitude from the staff. The hotel stinks of wet paint, it is in need of a huge renovation not just a lick of paint, games room was closed off, The Apartments are big and spacius with a large balcony, this however is the only plus to the whole Complex, air-conditioning is working in the room, but leaks from the ceiling and drips on you when you open the bathroom door, wall has damp patches from the air con, to enter the room its an old style key like a Yale lock, no key card.. the safe is also the same, but we are charged €11 per room for a safe, we were told they only clean the room every 5 days luckily we got ours "cleaned" after day 3, we were given "fresh" towels but when it came to showering we discovered the towels were filthy, we asked for more only to be told no and to use our pool towels as we shouldn't have got fresh towels to begin with. Eventually after showing the dirty stained towel to the staff members they had no option but to back down and give us more fresh towels, but the disagreement was ling and didnt need to be, a simple Sorry and no problem here are some fresh ones would have done and left us alot happier.
The Pool area is probably the best part of the complex, but still lacks anything you'd really want, you are made to pay €2 for sun loungers (you pay this to the Life Guard, who is the only friendly guy around here) The pool is basic but for some reason has a permanent fence/barrier around it, The poolside Bar does do food but everything is fried food, the drinks are basic and the beer is average and comes served in plastic cups, the young girl behind the bar is very miserable and doesn't ever crack a smile, my friend asked for a bottle of water only to be told "No" we just put it down to a language barrier, the whole set up of the place is for Spanish rather than any other tourist, not many English speakers around the pool, which is fine but if you're coming to mingle with others and you aren't bilingual then good look communicating with anyone.
Over all summery, even for a lads holiday this place isnt worth the money, we paid £400 each, there are better places to stay, the only real plus id give to this Complex is the location is great, right near the beach, Marina and the prostitute infested 24 hour square."
