"Our experience has been extraordinary. Without a doubt, a more than wise choice and a place that we recommend with our eyes closed. Before talking about the facilities, we want to highlight something that really makes the difference: the people who make a stay become an unforgettable memory. First of all, our most special thanks to Asun, the reservations manager, for her magnificent attention, professionalism, and dedication. Thanks to her, our stay was even more special and unbeatable. A real pleasure to find people like that! We also want to make a special mention of Manu, from the entertainment team, for his approachability, friendliness, and kindness. But, above all, for his enormous talent. He is an artist from head to toe, one of those who exudes art and passion in everything he does! It is a pleasure to meet people who enjoy what they do so much and know how to convey it to others. We cannot forget the wonderful May B, an artist with a capital A who gave us, on our last night, a simply unforgettable concert, and we were able to choose the songs. What an impressive voice, what strength on stage, and what a special charisma! It was the perfect finishing touch to our vacation. As for the hotel, it is spectacular in every way! Spacious facilities, impeccably maintained, very clean, and designed to enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay. The gastronomic offer also deserves an excellent rating. The buffet is varied and features themed nights that make every dinner different. In addition, it also has an à la carte restaurant with a magnificent selection of dishes. The pools are spectacular, perfect for enjoying the good weather and disconnecting. Other details that we also loved: - Ease of parking in the area around the hotel - Free safe in the room - 24-hour reception available - Casino inside the hotel itself - 24h gym - Tennis, paddle tennis, soccer, basketball courts… - An entertainment team that offers activities and entertainment throughout the day (although the night, being Spanish, ends a bit early: 11:30 PM) In short: a hotel that stands out as much for the quality of its facilities and services as for the excellent personal treatment from its staff. We take away precious memories, unforgettable moments and, above all, a great desire to return soon! Thanks to the entire Estival Torrequebrada team for making us enjoy such a special stay! Without a doubt, we will return and will always recommend it ❤️"

"Enjoyed a few days here in the sun and the food and ambiance was extremely good. Unfortunatly this was marred on the last 2 nights, at 6 o clock,by a large party of French fire fighters who took over the pools and proceeded to dive, bomb and have fun with no regard to the safety of other users who wanted to enjoy a last swim of the day. one guy jumped in near me and managed to kick me in the eye, knocking off my goggles and causing severe pain, swelling , a black eye and small cut. The lifeguard merely shrugged his shoulders and walked off as he finished at 6,but was still present, and made no attempt to remind the group of the Pool rules and etiquette, clearly displayed, but which should have been common sense for so called Professional people, responsible for preserving and saving life. Simon on reception was very reluctant to remind his fellow French men and woman to be respectful of other guests, and told me that the matter was not that important and couldnt take any further as he hadnt witnessed what had happened, although it would be logged. No first aid assistance was offered,or concern showed,no accident report completed either.A fellow guest who saw the incident brought me some ice. No one from the hotel managment contacted me,so doubtful that was done. A week later the swelling is going down and pain receding but this experience has made me very uncomfortable about the liability and duty of care that should be in place in hotels. I did politely tell Simon I thought he could have handled the situation better, but he was adament the issue had been resolved. On check out,he didnt even acknowlege me,not even " have a good flight " Perhaps some further customer training required to step up to the levels, of all the other excellent staff in this hotel."

"Have just returned from 10 day break here and have rebooked for next year. Booking in was excellent and although it was only 1 o'clock our room was ready so we could dump our luggage and go for lunch. Cleanliness was excellent throughout the hotel no complaints there at all. Majority of staff were great at their jobs and always smiling, there were a couple who need a bit more training in hospitality I think. We were always able to get sunbeds round the adult pools although umbrellas being fixed sometimes made getting a bit a shade difficult and the rude people who just decide that the space next to you is adequate for another bed really annoyed me. The tokens for glasses works well I think as it helps keep the area tidy and it really isn't a problem. We are fairly picky eaters but we always found something to eat. We were pleased that the hotel was not in the busy area of Benameldena as that was a little chaotic and overwhelming but an area with a few more shops etc for an evening stroll would be nice. Things that I think need improving are more water refill areas around hotel , size of cups / mugs needs to be bigger, some crackers with the fantastic cheese selection you have would be great. Charging for refills of tea and coffee seems a little strange especially at 50 cents as that is quite a high cost. Nothing really put us off and we are already looking forward to next year."
