"This hotel is very basic and definitely NOT for any one with mobility issues. This hotel is NOT 4 * . On arrival, no assistance or porter to help with golf bags, only one clapped out trolly which did not fit into the lift! Reception staff whilst very friendly and fortunately for us spoke very good english, was repeatedly interrupted by the telephone, which she answered. Thus making check in long winded, cumbersome and fragmented. No help to move golf bags and luggage and as one of our party has some mobility issues this was very stressful and very difficult. Our rooms were allocated as far from the main facilities as could be possible. There is no assistance or transport to and from the golf course which admittedly only a 7-10 min walk away but with golf bags is completely unacceptable. I cannot carry my bag plus drink, snacks etc that far. Great if you can but I cannot. The reception were very unhelpful in this matter, no help to resolve this situation. We had to find our own solution as one of our party could not manage under any circumstances. We moved rooms as our rooms were very dark had a disappointing view and the corridor was smelly and had a very stale odour. The breakfast food is very nice, fresh and plenty full. The restaurant is very clean and well serviced. Evening buffet is nice, lots of fresh food. The bar is friendly and the drinks are served very nicely. The bar is fairly lively too which is good. Local taxi was booked via the reception which was prompt, safe and good driver. We have not yet played golf due to our bookings but the course looks lovely, so we are looking forward to playing."

"Perhaps it was my fault for not requesting a room with a walk-in shower. The only negative point is that the bathtub is excessively slippery; it would be a point to improve, either with a non-slip mat or with more grab bars. For everything else, a 10."

"The hotel is located a few kilometers from Rota, Chipiona, and Sanlucar, and at this time of year, it has a very quiet atmosphere for relaxing. For golf lovers, it is a perfect place because of the type of clientele that frequented it. The hotel service was very good, in line with other hotels in the chain."
