"We stayed here in August . It was a great hotel with comfortable Accomodation . Spacious apartment with outlet to the pool or gardens . Set in a quirky but beautiful golf resort And has a supermarket nearby and a local bar . You can walk to the beach and town or a free train will take you there . The best thing was the staff . Very polite . It makes a difference and the manager was very accomodating . Would definitely recommend ."

"We stayed at the Playa Hotel. The staff were all friendly and very helpful. The room we had was comfortable - relatively basic but very clean and adequate. The golf courses were fun to play on although the greens on the Azul course were not in a very good condition. The staff at the golf club were also helpful and accomodating and the Italian lounge for drinks/snacks after golf very good. Food in the hotel was on a buffet basis and there was a good choice. The gala dinner and festivities on New Year's eve were very good and everyone joined in and there was a very good mixed of nationalities who chatted together and enjoyed the evening together. Swimming pool was a bit disappointing - on the small side and the changing facilities were somewhat lacking!!!!"

"We booked for one week and it was difficult to find the hotel. However, it was a good surprise. Open and wide spaces but basic bamboo-style furniture. Good combination of price/quality. It was a good experience"
