"My husband and i stayed all inclusive for a week at the end of September/beginning of October 2026. We had a superior double room with a view of the pool and side view of the sea. I was quite dubious after reading reviews but was very pleasantly surprised. Our room was large, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Large bed, kettle and fridge etc. We ate breakfast, lunch and dinner most days and found it all to be really good. Especially breakfast! My husband is pescatarian and always found something to eat at every meal. The staff in the dining room were really friendly and extremely efficient. I also liked that dinner started later at 8pm until 10.30pm as its nice to eat later on holiday so you can enjoy the full day by the pool. The pool areas were lovely, the staff at the pool bar were friendly and drinks were all good for us. Although we did mainly drink beer or Cava! I thought the evening entertainment was good, some really good live music especially. Yes the area is remote but i knew that and was looking for total relaxation. However the nearby village was really nice, albeit a 30/40 minute walk. Overall, if i was looking for a relaxing week away, i wouldnt hesitate to revisit."

"Stayed 22 Sept 2026 half board for 14 nights. Our check in was efficient. The room (uprated) was a very good sized side sea and pool area facing on highest floor and equipped with fridge and kettle. (The teabags are not replenished once used). A charge of 3 euros per day to use the safe is charged. Immediate problem with neighbours smoking in their room and on balcony. Unable to use our balcony or leave the sliding door open due to smoke ingress. The hotel does not support or promote the use of hand sanitisers, when entering the restaurant it resembled a motorway service station, Guests were wondering around finger picking at the food on display. There is no dress code so pool- side wear is still acceptable at dinner from 2000 to 2230 hrs. The catering is without doubt to worst we have ever experienced in any hotel , the food is batched cooked and poorly presented heavily processed convenience food. The house keeping was excellent, efficient and cheerful staff, the canteen staff were unhelpful, dour and surly. The bar is well priced and staffed. Entertainment is focused around an outside theatre , we found the acts to be of good quality , but spoilt by smokers that seem to have complete disregard of others. The entire hotel complex is subject to the amplified noise from the activity team during the day and from the theatre until about 2330. The location of the hotel is on a high ridge overlooking the sea and marina to the front and the forest to the rear, the approach is by a steep hill. The forest walks from the hotel are spoilt by litter and dog waste. The hotel closes for the season in early October, and the last 7 days of our holiday were punctuated by new guests on short stay and discounted incentive packages ."

"We have read some of the negative reviews and to be honest we disagree with them. The hotel is clean, 2 huge swimming pools and nightly entertainment . The all inclusive option is good if you are used to buffet style hot and cold food.As regards to the food not being hot enough there is a microwave to heat it up should you feel the need. Staff wise everyone was friendly and it was refreshing they could not all speak English well. we had a bit of a laugh in translation. We were greeted every time we went to the restuarant and asked if we would like to dine outside or inside. Once seated, our drink orders were taken almost immediately. The beaches were wonderful, whole stretches of long sandy beach all to ourselves. The room clean and tidy,tv,hairdryer,fridge ,shampoos etc. We will book for a short break next year thank to you all the hotel."
