Beachfront relaxation without the family fanfare
If your holiday wishlist reads beach, sunshine and peace and quiet, RH Riviera gets straight to the point. Recommended for guests aged 16 and over, this three-star hotel sits on Gandía’s seafront promenade, with the huge golden beach practically across the road. The marina is around five minutes away on foot, and you’ll find restaurants, bars and shops close by.
Days here can be pleasingly low effort. The seasonal outdoor pool comes with hydromassage, while the terrace makes the most of those Mediterranean views. In summer, there’s entertainment and live music, and the RH Beach Chiringuito brings drinks and snacks right onto the sand. Most rooms look towards the sea, promenade or yacht club, too.
The restaurant serves buffet-style local, Mediterranean and international dishes, switching to an à la carte service from November to April. There’s also a café-bar for drinks overlooking the seafront.
No kids’ club, no waterslide soundtrack, no complicated agenda. Just Gandía Beach out front and plenty of opportunity to do very little indeed.
