"We were there in July and liked it so much that we have returned now in August. The hotel is very well-maintained and quite new in general. We stayed in the apartments and they are spacious, have good mattresses (which are also huge), a refrigerator that cools incredibly well, and they lack nothing but an oven. I can only speak well of the hotel staff. Very friendly people who are willing to help with whatever you ask of them. The entertainment is awesome!!! I had never participated so much in a hotel's activities, and we have been to many. Special mention goes to Fabian and Carmen (they are the ones I interacted with the most); what a way to entertain. They are both great, haha. The outdoor facilities (pool, bars, slides...) have daily supervision and are in perfect condition. The food is very good and there is a lot of variety. Also, everything is very well presented. Another thing I liked a lot is that they do not allow reserving lounge chairs so that people do not leave their towels and leave for the whole day. Great work by the lifeguards to maintain that order. We will definitely return next year. PS: The hotel has a great price for what it offers. The only negative part could be the distance to the beach. It is 300 meters, which is nothing, but not being on the beachfront is a drawback, as is normal."
