Hotel Roquetas El Palmeral by Pierre & Vacances

"Avoid, worst hotel I have stayed in. Food disgusting, Staff able to speak English are just 2, pool was closed, it lends itself more to an old peoples Spanish retirement home than a hotel. Shame on you Jet2 for using this dated, cheap and tacky hotel for clients. Plastic white chairs everywhere, no where comfortable to relax. Could not wait to leave, If you have booked this hotel, CHANGE to another ASAP"

"Not for English speakers , rooms ok , pool ok, food is dire salads a plenty otherwise it's chips with everything cold pasta , cold rice butter and margarine were restricted to breakfast only for 2nd week of our stay 26 Sept / 3rd Oct it was available for the first week but I guess they must have been running out . ONLY 1 lift working for 5 storey hotel with Pensioners galore and at least 12 young people in wheel chairs. Alberto on reception was the only English speaking person we came across and he wasn't always there . NOT WHAT I EXPECTED WHEN I BOOKED"

"We are two French couples very disappointed with our stay at the Palmeral hotel, booked through Lastminute. Upon our arrival, the pool was closed and the food was not very varied, with always the same dishes. We also felt that this hotel was not suited for French clientele. We would, however, like to highlight the kindness and competence of the staff, unlike the manager, who seemed to avoid her clients. She does not belong there. We regret this vacation and believe that Lastminute should better inform its clients about the actual services of this establishment in order to avoid such disappointments."
