Hotel Fenix Family by ALEGRIA

"We just returned from this hotel, where we have been staying from Friday to Monday. Although it is true that the hotel needs renovation, because the shower screens are deteriorated and the doors and so on, I wanted to highlight the food. We have been staying on full board and I have to say that over the weekend there has been a very complete breakfast: there was whole, skim, semi-skim, and lactose-free milk, assorted cold cuts, various types of cereal, freshly made ham and cheese omelets, and freshly made pancakes with delicious Nutella-style chocolate. At lunch, the Friday paella was delicious and the Sunday fideuá, both made to order. At Friday's dinner, steamed mussels and at Saturday's, clams, both delicious."

"Hotel set back from the beach, very elegant reception, rooms very good, kitchen in my opinion deficient; for a beach hotel, little or insignificant offering of fish, very basic, and if you are there for many days as is our case, repetitive, unless the hotel is full, which is then very noticeable in the variety. Nothing to do with the Alegria Costa Ballena hotel, which was what led us to choose the Fenix Family. As for the food, a great disappointment"

"Disappointing, we will never return\"Unfortunately, our stay at the Hotel Fenix Family by ALEGRIA has been a complete waste of money and time. The facilities are noticeably old and neglected, and the cleanliness leaves much to be desired. The buffet food is of very low quality, repetitive, and unappealing. Furthermore, the lack of soundproofing makes it impossible to rest due to the continuous noise. The service at the front desk was not up to par either when we tried to complain. I do not recommend it to anyone who wants to have a good vacation."
