"Second visit to Best Sabinal and cannot caught anything about the Hotel. The location is amazing right in the sea front . The staff are so friendly. We did bed & breakfast the menu is very extensive so much to choose from. The room was lovely with great sea view and so very clean as was the hotel in general and so was the pool are. I would definitely recommend this hotel for couples and definitely for families lots for things for them to do. Lots of evening entertainment . My partner celebrates his birthday on our Etsy and the hotel presented him with a card and a premium bottle of Cava great touch. Will hopefully be visiting again"

"The Good:Fantastic Housekeeping: The domestic staff who clean and tidy the rooms do an absolutely fantastic job. They are by far the most outgoing and friendliest people in the hotel—they genuinely cannot do enough for you.Excellent Location: The hotel is situated very close to the beach in a wonderful, convenient location.Polite Staff: Overall, all of the staff members are polite, though some are noticeably friendlier and more helpful than others.The Critique (Dining & Food):My main criticism is regarding the dining area and the food. If you are a meat-eater, you are incredibly well catered for with a wide variety of choices. However, if you have specific dietary requirements, it falls short:Limited Vegetarian & Vegan Options: For vegetarians and vegans, the choices are very limited. There are no meat alternatives (like Quorn) available.Pescatarian Experience: As a pescatarian, I could eat the fish, which is widely featured on the menu, but you don't necessarily want to eat fish every single day. I felt particularly sorry for vegans, as their choices would be incredibly restricted.Communication & Labeling Issues: The hotel was informed of my dietary requirements at the time of booking, but no member of staff ever approached me about it. While there are notices in the restaurant advising guests to speak to staff about allergies, there is a severe lack of food descriptions and ingredient lists at the buffet. Mislabeling Incident: On our very last day at lunch, I picked up what the signage stated was leek soup. It was actually fish soup—the wrong sign had been put out. Had I been a strict vegetarian or vegan and started eating it, this would have been a much bigger issue.Food Quality: The general quality of the food is okay, though some dishes were heavily over-seasoned, particularly with salt.Summary:A lovely hotel with hard-working cleaning staff and a great location, but management seriously needs to improve food labeling accuracy and expand their plant-based menu options."
