"Very disappointed. A warm welcome, the rooms are very spacious but you can hear everything from the rooms next door. For a five-star hotel, no bathrobes in the rooms, no slippers. The pools are closed due to preparations for a large event. The restaurant is closed. The breakfast was of very poor quality. I do not understand how management does not see all these inconveniences. I was looking forward to coming to this establishment. At first I had booked a long time in advance. And one day I receive an email telling me that they cannot accommodate me and that they are going to put me in their hotel right next door. Then on the day of my arrival I was still lodged in the hotel. But the pool was closed and the restaurant was closed. What a disappointment."

"A 5-star hotel... hmm... joker. Super beautiful hotel, and especially in the evening light. Beautiful terrace, beautiful swimming pool. Our room is very beautifully and modern furnished and spacious with a king-size bed. Room 9 out of 10. Room with terrace. Nice to be a smoker, because it's impossible when your neighbors are smokers... otherwise 10 out of 10! There is a coffee machine in the room, but if you want to order (4) pads, it costs you 7.20 euros, because you always pay for a full package. There is also water and tea in it. Even if you don't want to. Bizarre. Also bizarre: 5-star hotel, but no slippers or bathrobe in the room... The cleaning crew: 10 out of 10. The restaurant (opens at 8 pm): when we compare it to, for example, Puente Real in Torremolinos or San Fransisco in Benalmadena, both 4-star, this hotel doesn't even get 4 stars. Most hot food is cold. And those fries... guys, come on. 1 bowl raw stuff uncooked but cooked sludge. And cold... Then don't serve any more. Zero out of 10. The restaurant selection is okay, but you have to go eat there to realize what I mean. And I'm not even talking about their Aldi bread. Come on, 5 stars and such a poor meal! And the noise of clearing the boards comes free with it. Book a room with breakfast here. Besides the hotel there are about 10 restaurants. Plus point for the coffee, that gets a 10 again. And the delicious salmon for breakfast! The hotel parking costs 20 euros per day. There is enough and free parking at the hotel. I would rate the hotel as a 4+ rather than a 5... And a tip if you book here: do NOT book a room in the west wing, because the hum of the central air conditioning is crazy. And one more tip: if you book here, definitely book a rental car, because you'll be zipping around the area quickly."
