"Very poor very rude hotel staff"

"Well where can we start .......... As part of a youth futsal team we was very excited to be away on our tour of Spain.... this was until we arrived. Rude staff Horrendous life guard very aggressive always on his phone and never watching the children .( was replaced by hotel ) Spanish guest constantly complaining about children in the pool in the restaurant or pretty much anywhere . Was made to feel utterly unwelcome after the club spending over 50k to book their after being told it was a children and English friendly hotel ( it is not ) Spanish guest physically hit a child by the pool , nothing was done from management!!!!. The list could go on and on with the complaints. Main doors never worked Food was ok Rooms basic but ok Location ok about 15 walk to beach Hotel staff .... Kitchen staff - brilliant Cleaners - very good Bar staff - rude Reception- weak rude people Management- rude . All in all if you are Spanish then go have a lovely time If you are from anywhere else and have children that laugh and play like they should then please please please avoid this hotel at all costs ."

"Lovely Spanish food, superb Spa circuit & massage therapies & hotel staff throughout the hotel absolutely spot on. Room kept immaculately clean daily. A wonderful trip marred only by the arrival of a huge group of young English footballers and their parents who then took over the pool & made it impossible for other guests to use."
