"Worst hotel ever 😪 rooms are dirty and hot balcony is covered in pigeons poo 2 full size pigeons living in thick poo reported to manager and nothing was done about it photos are taken 1 morning no tap and shower water?? Hotel is old and in desperate need of alot of money spent on it. You have to go inside hotel to get a drink in wet bathing wear which can be slippery pool bar contains hot dog or some kind hamburger definitely not beef or 3rd option plain crisps in a metal tray £2000 all-inclusive 4 nights 2 adult 2 children 🤔 disgusting"

"From a family that has been visiting this hotel for the last 18 years I can honestly say I don't think we will be returning following this year's visit. We have had more than 20 plus stays here but this year's visit went from bad to worse. 1st room given was not we paid for, told we have to stay there for a night as pool view room with balcony won't be available until the morning, then at lunchtime the following day they called to say room available but given 20 minutes to move as they needed the room back to clean. Noticeable staff shortage, some lovely long service staff kept on after Fergus take over but they are rushed off there feet, doing multiple jobs & clearly long hours. Now only one bar serving alcohol & water so anytime we wanted this we had to walk up the stairs from the pool to get a drink in wet clothes. Pool bar food is lukewarm, entertainment was ok for 2 days then got told entertainment guy walked out but again working long hours so not surprised. Main pool was cloudy & we kept finding clumps of hair & never seen it cleaned. There was also a pool man cleaning every evening & pool was always clean before. Main food hall same as previous years however food has declined significantly, we always found something previously but this year the choice was less, chicken dry or pink, ok if you want a pork burger , hot dog, plain white rice or salad everyday and in last day i had a pork cassrole as wanted some veg for once & i found 5 bones and they were not small ones either. We went out to eat 3 times which we have never done previously. We are not a fussy family & have also had a really great time here so it's horrible to seen such a decline which is not the staffs fault as they are doing there best, I believe the decline is all.down to the take over by Fergus."
