"We stayed here with our children and had a lovely time. They really enjoyed the swimming pools and the activities. The hotel has a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. The staff were kind and helpful whenever we needed anything. A very enjoyable family holiday."

"My experience with this establishment was really disappointing it started out well food was good had a variety but as second or third day hit food would be cold the servers gave impression of not wanting to be there I will give fact that bar staff really friendly and housekeeping always left room tidy and fresh towels regularly given but due to weather I had to be relocated due to flooding which I understand could not be helped but found the way they handled it disgusting when being told they didn't translate so everyone knew what was happening I had to wait seven hours to finally be moved when trying to talk to person he kept waving hand dismissing me repeatedly had me put suitcases on bus only to then be told there was no room I recommend you not staying here as it is clear this establishment doesn't care about all there clients"

"Stayed here with friends end of September. Was slightly worried after reading the bad reviews, yes the hotel isnt 5* but its clean and a 15 minute walk to the beach. The food isnt amazing but you can find something to eat. Only member of staff I could complain about was the receptionist the evening we arrived She didn't tell us about times for food, told us to go upstairs in the lift when we was on that floor and never gave us our wristbands. Bar staff friendly and peter the security guard is lovely. Had a great time and will be back. So ignore or the negative reviews its a nice little budget friendly hotel."
