"I don't know where to begin, but I'll start with the good things and then the bad. I went to the hotel with my 7-year-old daughter. The hotel was completely organized for children, which was great because if you go with your family and your children, this hotel is excellent. They have activities to fill the whole day, both in and out of the pool, and you can even leave your child there with a signature and pick them up again a few hours later, allowing you to take care of other things. The children make their own t-shirts, they draw pictures with their fingers, and then you can take these with you as souvenirs; that was one of my favorite features. We opted for the all-inclusive package, and most items are included in this package. I've shared photos of the menus as well. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are included in this package. There's also a 24-hour snack bar. Items not included in the package are, for example, if a regular customer pays 5 euros, you only pay 1 euro, so that was also affordable.I especially want to mention that the staff working at the 24-hour snack bar are really excellent, and may God help them, because they have very few and insufficient staff there, and the customer base is very large. The staff are not to blame for this; it's entirely the management's fault. You can see the waiters running around all the time, always trying to be friendly, and on top of that, they get scolded by some ridiculous customers for not following the line. How can they follow you? There's no such thing as a queue; everyone enters from somewhere. They've put four employees there, and there are 400 customers. What did you expect? Despite all this, they were very friendly and polite.I remember his name was Manuel; he was a very friendly and kind person, and very helpful. All the staff at the snacks bar deserve praise and were truly wonderful people. There were no problems in that area, only the queue was a huge issue; sometimes you could wait 20 minutes just to place your order. But as I said, this isn't the fault of the staff there; it's the fault of the management for assigning only 3-4 staff members, knowing how many customers would come there. Our hotel room was very nice and clean when we arrived. As for the noise, we weren't bothered by anyone's voice.Overall, the hotel atmosphere was completely family-friendly; it's a truly wonderful place for families. There weren't any annoying or disruptive people, and the customers were generally very nice. In fact, I think 98% of them were families. The hotel generally looked clean and tidy. The activities never end, there's even an adult club. Overall, while the hotel's drinks menu isn't very extensive, I'd say it's acceptable.Regarding the kitchen where we ate our breakfast, lunch, and dinner, I must say that most of the staff are friendly, especially the people who greet you; they are very cheerful and polite. However, there is one problem: when you enter the hotel, they give you a piece of paper with the breakfast, lunch, and dinner times and your entitlement written on it. You have to take this paper with you every time, and sometimes the line is so long that it starts from the restaurant entrance and goes all the way to the elevators, and you wait in line for a very long time.Regarding the food, I can say that they offer a wide variety and a rich menu that caters to everyone, but overall the food is terrible. I'd give it a 2/10, because I'm looking at it from a price-performance perspective. You're making so much money, we paid a lot for the hotel, but you keep trying to serve us products that are a few days old. We're not stupid, we know this. Some of your dishes are so bad, even a dog wouldn't eat them. Of course, I'm talking about all the food, even the fruit, because you use stale, leftover ingredients every time. For example, if you have leftover eggs, lettuce, and fish from yesterday, a salad combining these ingredients will be served to you in a mixed buffet the next day.We may not be chefs, but we've eaten food our whole lives, so we're not stupid. I especially can't understand how you can make the potatoes so terrible. At first, I wondered if potatoes were like this in Spain, but when I went outside the hotel and ate potatoes, I realized it wasn't like that at all. The potatoes you use in the hotel, especially the chips in the snack bar, don't even cost 5 pence a kilo, what kind of chips are those? And the burger, it's 10 times worse than even the JJ Burger here. The kitchen staff are very good, but there can be some exceptions. For example, once, my 7-year-old daughter was waiting in line, but when it was her turn, the chef didn't give her a pancake. When she came back empty-handed, I asked what happened, and she said that an old man there hadn't given her one and had told her to go back in line. I got up and went over and said, "My daughter was in line, why did you do that?" Without saying anything, he smiled and put a pancake on my daughter's plate. Now, why did you do that? Some waiters are clueless; when we ask where the napkins are, they just say they don't know and leave. But I really can't say anything bad about the rest of the kitchen staff; they were genuinely very friendly and kind people. They want to help you, and even if their language skills are sometimes lacking, you can still communicate somehow and see that they want to help you.Waiting for the elevators to get to your room can sometimes take a very long time. I'd say you can spend about 15% of your time at the hotel waiting for the elevators. It's really funny that such a large hotel with so many rooms has so few elevators. So, overall, the worst thing about the hotel is that you constantly have to wait for things, and that really wastes a lot of your time. And the food is absolutely terrible. The food outside is very, very good; generally, Spanish and Catalan cuisine is fantastic, they have very good food, but your hotel prefers to offer us the cheapest and lowest quality products in return for the money we paid we stayed for 8 nights and I can say that the food was good on 2 of those days. After checking out, I realized I'd left my daughter's birth certificate in the room and went back. When I asked the cleaning lady, she said she didn't know. Then I went back into the room to look, and that's when I noticed she was swearing at me in Spanish. There was absolutely no reason for her to do that; I hadn't even spoken to her, I just asked a question and said, "Okay, let me have a look, please," and went back inside to look for my paper. Anyway, I couldn't find it, so I went back to reception. There was an employee there named Ayoub, a very kind and good boy. I explained the situation to him, and we went upstairs together. When we got back, he asked the cleaning lady if she'd seen the paper. I was outside the room, and the cleaning lady didn't realize I was there and started shouting and swearing. This is absolutely unacceptable. The room wasn't even dirty, I didn't even have the slightest conversation with her, why are you swearing so much? Are we fools? If we're not doing or saying anything to you because our child is with us, rest assured it's because we came there to enjoy ourselves, and if our family wasn't with us, I know very well how you should be treated. Then the receptionist said maybe she threw it in the trash, so I looked in the trash and found my paper there. Now, I didn't pay that much money to that hotel to end up being insulted and sworn at by a cleaning lady who's the same age as my mother, and to have her throw my daughter's birth certificate in the trash. This is absolutely unacceptable and really doesn't suit your hotel.Without some of your staff, your hotel would truly be unbearable. You need to improve your staff, and especially the management; don't be so stingy. At the very least, you could standardize the quality of your food. The quality of the food you're serving for the money people pay is truly unbelievably terrible.Despite this, I can say that 70% of the employees were genuinely kind and very good people, but the remaining 30% could ruin it.If you ask my daughter if she would go again, she would definitely say yes because she thought it was a very good place and she's still a child. But if you ask me, I would definitely look at different hotels in the area and wouldn't want to go back here if they're still managed like this. However, if they change these negative aspects, I would go one more time as it's worth a try,Of course, if I go with my family.Because if you are traveling alone, coming to this hotel is not a good idea as it is a family hotel.Regarding location, I must say that Pineda De Mar is truly a wonderful place. The hotel's location is fantastic because you can walk to the train station in 10-15 minutes, and from there, you can reach Barcelona city center in about 1 hour and 15 minutes. When you walk from the hotel, there are many bars and restaurants nearby, and life seems to be active until 12-1 am on that street. In fact, the town center is only a 10-minute walk from the hotel."
