"Absolutely perfect week away , everything about this hotel was Absolutely amazing, there isn't one bad thing I can say , all the staff are lovely and helpful, we didnt use the restaurant as we were room only and ventured out for our evening meal but it looked stunning, the bar area and bar staff were amazing , the entertainment girls amazing , the pool was always clean as were the sunbeds and seating area , the life guard was a lovely bloke , the room we stayed in ( in the papi side) was cleaned everyday ,towels replenished, beds made, air con was a god send , slept amazing the beds were perfect, all the staff worked incredibly hard and always greeted you with a smile and went out of their way to help ,the food at the bar was delicious, it was that good we are booking to go back in may AND September"

"Just leaving this hotel, we were here for 4 nights 5 days here is my honest review Had to keep asking for a late checkout room to be told each day we cannot tell you until Tomorrow each time finally the last day and was told we could have one 🙄 Bar staff rude and like to keep you waiting and take the piss out of you then once I walked away they shouted at me to go back to be served NO THANKS!!!! Room was very very basic although we stayed In The Papi blu 4 * more like a 2 star! Food was nice and varied but tables were very close together and you had to wait to be told where to sit! Pool was lovely and clean but cannot take drinks around the pool they don’t offer plastic glasses etc! Lifeguard kept on blowing his whistle at all the children playing which I thought was abit unfair even though I didn’t have children there they were having a great time exept for him blowing his whistle nearly all day at them 🙄 Over all a clean hotel but would I go back basically NO I wouldn’t sorry"

"A guarantee, very beautiful and well-maintained pools, the beach is a stone's throw away, and the hotel is in the center of the Costa Brava promenade. The food needs improvement"
