"I am staying here for a week with my 83 year old mother who is not in the best of health … she has know Toes .. This was supposed to be a Treat and a relaxing week away … On day number too we have had a phone call off the Hotel telling me we have to move rooms on Sunday this is three days away … My stress Levels are very high .. This is not Good Service at all and I know have three days to think about it .. The instructors for yoga are all Spanish so unless you do regular yoga it’s a waste of time .. Feeling very upset .. I don’t call this a Holiday… Sarah Harding .."

"Terrible hear at the moment and been asked to move rooms…. On Sunday it’s now Thursday that has ruined my holiday and stressed me out …I am travelling alone with my 83 year old mother …. Who is not in the greatest of Health she has know Toes … The Yoga classes are ok if your use to doing regular yoga ——— I’m not and I don’t speak Spanish all instructors only speak Spanish …"

"Just spent a week in this hotel, and cannot praise it enough!! The hotel itself is meticulously maintained, and extremely clean. The rooms are bright, well furnished, the bed is extremely comfortable and the bathroom very modern. The pool area offers plenty of sunbeds, so no need to 'reserve'!! We stayed half board, and the variety of food for both breakfast and evening meal was outstanding. The staff in both the restaurant and the bar staff could not be more helpful or pleasant. The front desk staff were a pleasure to deal with, and again extremely helpful. We used the spa facilities for a day, at a cost of €15 for the entire day, and the facilities are fantastic. Definitely €15 well spent!! Overall this has been a fantastic experience and we will definitely be visiting this hotel again in the not too distant future. A definite 10 out of 10 experience in our opinion."
