"What a nightmare. I have never experienced such disrespectful and rude staff in my whole life. We had to change rooms twice in total. First, they gave us a room with a broken air conditioner that was so loud you could hear it from the hallway. When we complained at the reception, the receptionist acted as if she had never heard about it before, even though you could hear the noise on almost the entire floor. She didn’t even apologize, so we requested a room change. We finally got a new room, only to notice that the shower was broken and that there was hair everywhere… on the toilet, on the floor… literally everywhere. Dark hair, which was absolutely disgusting. I have never experienced such an unhygienic hotel. After that, we requested another room because we couldn’t even shower in the one we had been given. Instead of giving us a new room, she told us there were no rooms left and that we should go back to the previous broken room, which was honestly ridiculous. She said they were going to do something about it, but nothing happened. We had to contact the manager through the company we booked the hotel with in order to get someone to actually do something. We were never taken seriously, and the receptionist was extremely rude. We finally got another room and even a tiny upgrade, but the room was still full of hair. At that point, I simply gave up on the idea that there was a single clean room in this hotel. The food also made us sick. I definitely would not recommend eating at this hotel. And the service at the Restaurant was terrible… we were competely ignored. When we wanted to return the towels, we couldn’t find the receipt and even though we had the towels with us the two guys at the bar started acting like children, telling us they wouldn’t give us our money back, making assumptions and eventually telling us to just keep the towels. I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior from grown men. Would I recommend this hotel? Only if you want a headache and love hair. The staff completely ruined our experience. Don’t go to this hotel if you want to have a nice and relaxing vacation."
