"We had booked 3 nights, but after seeing the condition of the room we were only able to stay one night, after which we were forced to change hotels. A simply unacceptable situation. The welcome was terrible right from our arrival. The receptionist was speaking using swear words and absolutely inappropriate language. When we asked if we could purchase/use a safe to securely leave our personal belongings, we were told verbatim: "We don't come to steal in the room." An absurd, rude, and completely out-of-place response toward a guest. But the real problem was the filth in the room. The room was in truly disgusting condition. The towels had obvious yellow and red stains and, despite there being three of us, only two towels had been left. When we asked for an explanation regarding the stains, we were told: "It's because we wash them in another place and then bring them here." An explanation that, frankly, does not in any way justify the fact of providing guests with stained towels. The situation in the bathroom was even worse: the bath mat was already damp upon our arrival and had black stains on it. The bathtub was dirty and there were still pieces of encrusted soap on the surface, clearly attributable to the previous guests. It is unacceptable to enter a newly assigned room and still find the residue left by those who stayed there before. The rest of the room was also in terrible condition: dirty walls, damaged plaster, and absolutely insufficient general maintenance. Even the radiator had a part that was completely yellow and visibly dirty, giving the impression that the cleaning and maintenance of the room had been completely neglected. We are not talking about a few small defects or a room that is simply “not perfect.” We are talking about hygienic and cleaning conditions that I do not consider acceptable for a facility that hosts people and is paid to provide a service. We had planned to stay for three nights and instead were forced to move our luggage and look for another hotel, with all the inconvenience and costs that this entails, because we did not feel comfortable spending the rest of our stay there. I strongly advise against this hotel. The filth, the condition of the room, the poor maintenance, and above all the way we were treated upon our arrival made the stay a truly terrible experience."

"Very nice location, lots of shops, restaurants and cafes and not to far from the beach. The room was cleaned daily by the lovely house keepers . I had a really warm reception when I arrived and all the staff were really polite."

The next day, in daylight, we see that in bed there were three long hairs, Melena, my partner and I have it quite short, which tells me that those sheets did not change them, stretched the sheets after the last customers and ready, but that yes, the Chekin, at 15. Finally, everyone in the Hotel thinks it convenient, without a doubt, but we listen to the conversation and other necessities of the next room, to me, you can also hear me... What an intimacy... Having said everything, I'm sorry but it's not recommended"
