Gran Hotel Flamingo

"Stopping at this hotel firstly very clean hotel rooms etc . Situated very local to everything the pool on the roof is bonus if you have certain rooms which you pay extra for . Big downside is it has to sister hotels joining this roof pool ! Seems everyone makes there way to our pool taking the sunbeds up ? This is in acceptable and not fare on people who are stopping in this hotel .needs sorting out if your stopping in another hotel they should only have access there"

"Enjoyed a 4 night stay at the Flamingo, bed and breakfast. Check in was quick and easy and went straight to the bar for a drink. The pool area was lovely and clean, limited sunbeds but we managed to find one each day. Pool was a blessing in August. We liked sitting up on the terrace area as that got the sun majority of the day. The rooms are fine for what we needed, water pressure great, bed was firm but to my taste, hairdryer in the bathroom, large balcony with chairs, table and an ashtray. Tv in room, couple of English channels. The rooms were cleaned daily. We hired pool towels for a €10 deposit each, this was refunded at the end of our stay. All staff we encountered were lovely, from reception, to housekeepers. Breakfast was fantastic. Cold meats, cheeses, yogurts, fruit, eggs, smoothies, juices, coffees, teas, hot foods etc and cava. The breakfast room was decorated lovely and didn’t have the usual loudness of other hotels Iv stayed in. It was relaxed and peaceful. Just one thing that would have made our stay easier would have been some information in our rooms, for example the WiFi password (this was provided at reception when requested, pool opening hours, pool towel hire and breakfast times. We would be happy to stay with you again. Thank you."

"Came here with one of my friends and genuinely wouldn't change a single thing about my experience here. Customer service is absolutely amazing, with all staff being super friendly. We only had breakfast in the hotel and I can definitely vouch for choice here. Many options and great variety. I have to say we were extremely lucky booking this hotel not knowing too much about the area, as we had the beach only 10 minutes walk from the hotel, a mass amount of pubs, clubs, bars, restaurants etc.- including franchises such as Burger King, mcdonalds, kfc, so we were never stuck for options. the streets were never EVER rowdy, besides all the people being in our age range ( between 18-25 id say ) and the nightlife having such a large atmosphere. The streets stay busy until around 5-6am, so I would just be conscious if you were considering a family holiday here. Besides that the ONLY thing slightly negative I have to say which is out of the hotels control, but whatever way the direction of the sun goes, if youre at the regular pool everyone has access to (not the rooftop) the sun does start going behind the building quite early, maybe from 2pm. So it would just be frustrating if it was busy so I would have to pick a seat in the shade while only certain sun loungers sit in the sun. however, that said, thats only the sun loungers at the pool, there is a little stairs that lead you to an upstairs with id say about 15 more sun loungers - the only thing is you'd just have to keep coming up and down whenever u want to go to the pool. Im genuinely sad writing this review because I had the most amazing time and cant wait to go back. If you're going with your friends you will genuinely have the best time with so many clubs, rooftop parties etc. even if you're night party animals, there is something for everyone !!"
