"2 adults 1 child age 12 review 5 nights ........We arrived at the hotel and all seemed okay, we checked in and took are stuff to the room, very small outdated room but who cares as we only are sleeping in there, unpacked and went to explore the hotel so we all knew roughly when and where everything was, firstly the hotel is clean considering how many families are in the hotel, all the staff apart from the sour reception women on check out day were lovely, food is average and generally loot warm regardless of what time you eat, we went to bed at 11pm but be warned ! At 12am when entertainment stops the noise was terrible as the walls and door were very thin, luckily our son slept through it, I just don't understand why if your in a all inclusive hotel why not sit in the outside area and drink and talk/laugh and have fun, why come back to a hallway of families trying to sleep to sit in there room shouting on video call and drinking at 2am in the morning !, cleaners start early but that's totally understandable no issues with them they must have to clean up some awful things, pools are clean and is the life saver for kids etc , entertainment was okay ,beach is a 10 minute walk and is lovely but does have egg jellyfish, lots of shops and resturants and also we went to one of the waterparks which was a fun day out , as a honest review for the money it was worth trying it but unfortunately due to the sleeping / food we wouldnt recommend it....."

"Just trying to give a honest review you can trust! Just landed back in the UK after spending just shy of a week here. On arrival the two men behind reception were very pleasant and helpful giving us a map of the hotel and room key. The hotel is 3 in 1 so big and busy the map helped. The rooms are a lot smaller than shown in the pictures it was a bit of a squeeze for us. The rooms are dated and have paper thin walls so much so you can hear the room next door breathing, plugging in phone, screaming, talking, music, bed squeaking, ect (I think you get the idea) sleep was a distant memory for the week we survived on 5-4 hours of interrupted hell. (My kids as kids do slept ok through the hollering, thankfully! Grumpy children in 35 degree heat would have been a nightmare) Oh and the door may as well not be hung because you hear EVERYTHING in the corridor. Bathroom was dated but shower was powerfully with a nice heat range, actually so nice. The room had air-con but it wasn’t great though it kept the room a few degrees cooler than outside. There was plenty of wardrobe space and a safe (for those that use one.) Food at dinner was awful! Everything was cold, chips, meat, pasta, fish, and the choice was minimal. Breakfast was good though again hot food was cold, but they had some lovely pastries, plenty of cereal and milk, pancakes. Maybe they should have a few mircowaves in the dining hall, just an idea. At lunch the salad bar was great so nice so fresh. We ended up eating out every night, so maybe go for bed and breakfast option. Pool area was good, 3 swimming pools all a little cold but you can get it. So nice to cool off! Entrainment was good throughout the day but the evening was below par. All of the staff were so so friendly apart from one older woman on reception with grey hair she was just so rude and for no reason at all! Might be a manager as staff approached her often. Short, incredibly unhelpful and snappy when asking basic questions like where to get a bus or can we purchase tickets to water park. Awful! Honestly so rude! Your know her when you come across her, and remember my review. Overall great for entertainment, my children had a lovely time. would I go back? No I wouldn’t."

"This hotel is incredible for families and children!! The activities are endless, my children have had soo much fun here and have been able to experience so many new things! I'm so glad I ignored the negative reviews because we have had an amazing week full of fun!! We have taken part in The circus evening Children's pedal boats Bouncy castles Foam party Face paints The running mat on the pool Inflatable slides on the pool Character meet and greets The itinerary is jam packed full of fun!! All of this is free on the all inclusive, not to mention the incredible donuts included too!"
