"I've never done a review but felt compelled after some of the ones I've read. I was nervous going based on the reviews but we had a great time as a family of four with two young kids. For the price we paid we felt we got good value for money. This hotel is fine, it has a few flaws but so do they all. Not sure why there are so many 1 star reviews. Location absolutely perfect, less than 5 mins to beach. Tons of restaurants/bars around in walking distance, can't get much better location. Rooms were fine, cleaned regularly, air con was excellent, views from the balcony were very nice also. Staff very friendly and helpful overall. Food in the restaurant was decent, breakfast was a bit repetitive but there's only so much you can do with breakfast. Pool areas were nice and the all inclusive choice at the bar was decent also. The young Ukrainian bar man was very friendly. Lifeguards did blow their whistles a bit but only when people were breaking the rules, they're just doing their job. Few flaws, it's not really buggy friendly around the pool, stairs up to the other pools makes it a nightmare. It could also do with more sun loungers for the amount of people there. Also the all inclusive food was a nightmare, chef cooking one meal at a time with a queue of people waiting, needs to be fixed ASAP, lots of people getting annoyed about that. Pool entertainment also repetitive but everyone enjoyed."

"Location - Very easy 5 minutes to beach and centre of shops / restaurants Atmosphere - good, very slow paced and more for Spanish people, Spanish shows etc but we still enjoyed our stay Rooms - nice, free air conditioning. We asked for an adapted room for my elderly mum (83) which we where given. Value - Value for money as breakfast and evening meal was included and the rooms where clean Breakfast - lots to choose from, cooked, croissants, fruit, yogurts, hams, cheese etc Evening meal - again lots to choose from, lots of selection, food nice. Noise level - never had any problems. Did hear a few banging doors etc but its a hotel ! Entertainment - basic, not much for children at all, some Spanish dancing at night. Restaurants - All basically serve the same, but most close at 11.00. All food lovely and cooked fresh in various places we ate. Pool - didn't use Beach - We hired 4 sunbeds and 2 parasols. 10 euros each, so we where paying 60 euros every beach visit. Plenty of them. Beach is mini stones. Sea very dangerous but fun. Big dip into the sea, not great for little ones. Stayed 7 nights in this hotel / resort. We would return. Staff on front desk reception very helpful and nice with us."

"The hotel was lovely same as the food, we had a great time here. The pool and slides are a lot of fun and we had a blast near the pool area. The lifts are very slow and may aswell take the stairs. We were abit disappointed with the entertainment as they advertised a dance party and then play a few songs for the little kids like baby shark ect, and then just some background noise for the rest of the night. We was expecting something more for adults aswell like karaoke or something that everyone can get up and enjoy themselves with but everyone seems to be ignoring the music and sitting down talking and there’s not a lot of life. definitely recommend taking your little ones here, however a first holiday with your friends as teenagers/ young adults wouldn’t recommend."
