Acapulco

"I have stayed at Hotel Acapulco in Lloret de Mar several times now, and once again I have had a wonderful experience. What truly makes this hotel stand out is the staff. They work like a well-oiled machine: everything is well organized, everyone knows their role, and they always work with a smile. Every member of the team is genuinely kind, welcoming, and happy to help, making you feel valued as a guest. What impressed me even more is the way the staff interact with one another. They clearly enjoy working together, treat each other with respect, support one another, and create a positive atmosphere. That teamwork and genuine friendliness are noticeable throughout the hotel and make the overall experience even more enjoyable. The food is also very good, with a nice variety and consistently good quality. I highly recommend Hotel Acapulco to anyone visiting Lloret de Mar. The outstanding staff, welcoming atmosphere, and excellent organization are the reasons I keep coming back. Thank you to the entire team for making every stay such a pleasant one!"

"On arrival at the hotel the reception and lobby area was modern and well presented, we booked directy with the hotel a superior room due to the pictures on there website showing a large balcony with sun loungers and 2 chairs and a table but on entering the room the balcony was half the size of the hotel pictures and only had 2 plastic deckchairs on the balcony no sun loungers or chairs but the room was modern and large. The pool area was probably the smallest have seen in any hotel have strayed at but had a nice tropical feel with plants and trees surrounding it and plenty of seating areas. The food was OK but gets very busy with queues depending on when you go for food the thing that put us off was getting told were to sit at evening meal and being sitted next to total strangers when half the restaurant was empty was annoying but it's there policy which have never encountered at any other hotels have stayed at. The staff are very friendly and helpful during are stay. Would I stay again if I visited Lloret de Mar yes as it offered good value for money."
