"Overall nice hotel and friendly staff if you need something, rooms cleaned pretty well apart from under the bed which is very dusty the rest of the room fine and lovely bedding and nice beds we thought anyway (we had a Superior room without jacuzzi but with Terrace) In a great area, beach literally 5 minute walk away if that, lots of shops , restaurants , bars of all varieties even a mcdonalds, burger king and Kebab places if youre into that. That are all about 5 minute walks away. Great location. The all inclusive part we dont think was worth the money at all the all inclusive drinks start at 10am and finish at 11pm but the bar is open and music playing until 1am and to pay for drinks its quite expensive but i dont think you should have to pay after 11pm when youve already paid extra to have all inclusive in the hotel it just didnt make sense to us as every other hotel we have ever had all inclusive at , all inclusive is available from when the bar opens until it closes so that really let it down for us just as it doesnt seem worth the money. We are not the only ones who think. this. Someone who i was talking to who has visited for the last 4+ years said it changed over managers so thats when the all inclusive times changed, not sure if thats true but its what we were told. Outside area by the Pool isnt that big so not a lot of room for lots of sun loungers which people reserve so couldnt go out there every day not a lot the staff can do about that just thought i would add it in to make others aware if you stay here you need to get outside by 9am latest. Food selection not very good, mainly fish/ pasta and salad, the odd chicken thing, not things catered to all likings and countries i would say. This is the reason for 3 stars, lovely area near lots of shops, restaurants , clubs, bars, mcdonalds and burger king also. Just cant say we would stay at this Hotel again unfortunately not the worst but certainly lacked."

"Location was good with lots around the hotel. We paid 85 euro for a taxi from Girona airport which was standard rate (these are all displayed when you get out of the airport) Hotel was good. We arrived at 11 and room wasn’t available til after 2. Our all inclusive kicked in at 12. We were given two token cards each and you are required to scan your all inclusive band when you go and get a drink. You need to return the cup to get another drink. Pool area is very small and doesn’t open until 9am so expect a queue (it was busy for the few days we were there) There are tokens for a bed and an umbrella at the beach but again you need to be at reception at 7.30am to get these. (Otherwise it’s about 20 euros for two beds and an umbrella) The beach was lovely. Really chilled and 5 mins walk from the hotel. The sand is small stones so not great under foot I would advise taking some sand shoes for when you come out of the sea! We went to Barcelona for the day on the train. It’s about an hour away and the train station is a 15 min walk away. Would recommend. We booked tickets on the Trainline app easily. The train was VERY busy on the way home so prepare to stand on your journey home! Be aware the hotel guests are often from coach trip journeys and so the hotel has an older clientele. Safe is 10 euro and is returned on check out. The food was okay. Breakfast was excellent with eggs, bacon, beans etc (huge shout out to the egg guy! He made a mean fried egg!) lots of fish in every lunch and dinner menu and some of the food was cold but we always found something we liked. Drinks were good. A different cocktail special everyday and good measures. Bottles of Coca Cola were available at lunch and the sangria was lovely. Check out is 10am we got an Uber back to the airport and it was 55 euros. If you have a room overlooking the street make sure you take earplugs and it’s VERY noisy at night! Beds were comfy, rooms cleaned everyday. Hotel was very clean. Television with some English channels. Overall a good stay."
