"So the only satisfactory things about the hotel are the location (a few minutes from the sea) and the friendliness of the bartenders and the dining room staff; for the rest, nothing special. I booked a standard triple all-inclusive for drinks (beer, soft drinks, spirits, etc.) and food, nothing to complain about, but the cocktails were made with a machine and tasted like nothing, they all seemed the same. The room was standard, I wasn't expecting anything special, but there's a limit to everything.... a closet that barely opened because of the beds, an air conditioning unit that was all dirty, and then the drains in the sink and especially the shower that had trouble draining, all reported immediately at the first shower on the first day, result? A maintenance worker shows up with a plunger.... the reception pretends nothing is wrong and I, so as not to ruin the vacation for my daughters, pretended nothing was wrong because otherwise where could I have gone?"

"I recently stayed at the hotel with my daughter and had such a wonderful experience that I ended up extending my stay. From the moment we arrived, all of the staff were warm, friendly, and professional, making us feel very welcome throughout our visit. A special mention goes to the bartenders, who were exceptionally polite, knowledgeable, and always happy to recommend drinks and chat with guests. Their excellent service really added to the overall experience. Our room was comfortable and well maintained, and the hotel had a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. We hope to return again soon. Eder"
