"I have just returned from a 5 night stay here with my son. I have to be honest and say we will definitely not be returning. The hotel seems to have invested all their money in making the reception area look nice, but that is where it ends. The rooms are small, tired, musty and dirty. There was one plug socket for the entire room, which was on the opposite wall to where the beds were, meaning charging anything was a nightmare. The walls are so paper thin, meaning you can hear absolutely everything- I was continually woken up by people having sex, you can hear people going to the toilet (literally!), word for word conversations etc! The pool area looks nothing like it did in the photos, it is small, cold, dirty and in disrepair , the sun is shielded by all the trees, meaning the pool is in complete shade, the roof terrace pool was mildly better (only just!) but it was also very small, cold and lacked any maintenance. The jacuzzi was also cold, dirty and only worked intermittently. There was no atmosphere around the pool, and we actually felt quite uncomfortable, as we were one of the only English people there and felt we were being watched constantly by others. The location is like going back in time, it is very old fashioned, nothing to do nearby, accept browse the many souvenir shops and play in the small arcade. The restaurants nearby are not the best, it was a struggle to find decent food - the positive was the prices for food are reasonable. The beach is a 30 second walk away, and it is stunning. We always felt completely safe there too, even at night. We made the best of a bad situation by visiting the water park in another town, and took the train to watch Barcelona play football. Sadly we would not return and nor would I recommend it to others."

"Hotel is lovely despite poor reviews on here. Room was small but adequate with balcony. There was only one plug socket so maybe take an adapter. Staff were all pleasant and helpful Hotel has 2 pools both quite small and a jaccuzi. The sun doesnt come round the pools all day so have to judge when to be at what pool foir best rays. A larger terraced area on first floor with lots of sunbeds and artificial grass. the food was plentiuful and varied, lots of options for both breakfast and dinner. always looked frresh and well presented. The area also was very nice with a few shops and touristy things. A short walk to the beach which went on for miles. All in all I would go to this hotel again without hesitation."

"We have been going to this hotel for a few year's but it has new owners and this is the 1st time back. It's very close to beach, shops, restaurants. Breakfast very good. The only down fall is there is no umbrellas round the pool were thay are needed. Thay are in the wrong place."
